How Do You Meal Prep Well?

Planning your meals ahead of time saves you your time & energy, it leaves you stress-free which is great for your health.

This right here is all about meal planning, or if you would like to batch cook your meals.

Will this help me lose weight?

Well, it all depends on what you’re cooking, no?

This is saving you time and energy from cooking as I said before, but you’ve still got to be eating healthy of course to lose weight.

So If you’re sick and tired of eating at the last minute, skipping meals or having to spend money on take-outs etc…

 Then this is for you!

Have A Go-To Set Of Healthy Recipes

This is why I have meal plans in the first place (Click Here) it’s a set of healthy meals for you to have to get yourself on the path.

So then you yourself can know what really is healthy, eat those and then shape it up to your own taste, once you are in the groove and you have reached your weight loss goals!

I hear so many Di1’s say well what if I do it by myself, that’s ok too, but you will more than likely get bored of what you’re eating.

As a lot of you have come from eating in the dark, which means you’ll eat anything on site nearly.

To put it bluntly a lot of you are in no position to judge what is good for you or not, as you’ve been a slave to food.

This is why I have the meal plans and I have tips on the site about the top foods you should be eating, I don’t care if you’re vegan, or lactose intolerant…

The Healthy One got you all, until you’ve got yourself!

What some of you have to wake up to is, the foods you’re use to eating, that put you in a unhealthy position, a position where you are bored with what you’re eating a position where you’re done with life.

That’s the food you need to cut out, and replace it with a healthier choice, it starts with one recipe & then two and so on…

You can do this, you’ve just got to do what you’ve not done before over and over again.

Shop With A List & Stick To It

Prices are going up, you’ve got to take what you buy more serious.

If you’re going to buy a load of food, and you have health goals, you’re going to need a list.

Why?

The supermarket is set up for you to buy things that you never wanted in the first place, it’s all to make them more money, of course.

Your arm can be twisted when you’re shopping off the cuff, for those of you that have ever went shopping with your mum’s or your wife’s shopping list, know full well it makes you have no choice but to stick to the list… Or you’re in trouble, LOL!

It will teach you discipline, and it will save you money.

If you hate shopping and want to be in and out, is yet another reason to have a list, get what you want and then you’re out of there.

For the shook shoppers, who are not confident about what they are buying, this is for you too.

You’ll feel so much more brave and confident when you know that this is healthy for you, as you made the effort the day before to find out about the items, you’ll know the price and done the math’s too.

What I don’t want you to be is a pawn in the supermarket’s game, to take more money from you than you actually need to give… I’ve spoken about this before, so please have a read of this, to see how supermarkets play you (Read More)

Buy Food In Bulk & Key Tip

It’s makes it so much easier, as you will be cooking a lot more food than normal, as you’re cooking for the next day, or couple or even week.

So you buy in bulk, prep your meals and then store them right?

However you don’t have to meal prep every single dish for the week, you can do one meal that you know will take too long.

If breakfast is too much for you to make, and get ready for work, then prep, if lunch does not take very long to make, you don’t have to prep.

Start off small when looking to fill up your fridge or freezer, it will give you more room to think about what you’ll do with the food you’ve bought.

As I see a lot of Di1’s just buying food, and then 90 days time, a lot of it they never got around to it, as they never really had a plan of what to do with what they bought 90 days ago, or they bought too much of it.

Buy in bulk but don’t just fill up your kitchen with food, there should always be room, as ideas can come from nowhere and out of nothing, and it’s always the food  you don’t have, is the one you want to use for a dish… I know this from exp LOL!

THAT’S IT!

We Look Up 大
