A lot can be said about losing weight, but I wanted to remind you of something, that is so overlooked these days, so that you don’t make the same mistake, as many do, & waste your valuable time.
It’s not just about eating less to lose, I keep hearing this oh you just eat less food and you will lose.
NOT ALL FAT LOSE IS (=)
If you are taking a certain class A drug, that will make you lose weight, but it’s not good for you, in fact it’s very harmful for your body.
In relation to food, eating less, but when you do consume food, you’re eating less-nutritious food you will still get fat, as it’s a poor choice of fuel you’ve chosen right ?
So you have to make what you eat nutritious, to lose and keep your health whilst doing it, it goes hand in hand.
What happens is that, they still eat the rubbish, and just cut out how much of it they eat, you can’t keep doing that and get results, as you will gain, as the fuel of choice is a poor one, instead change the type of fuel you are using!
That’s real food, not fake food from the lab, quality food will always beat quantity, as mindless eating leaves you open to eating any old rubbish, that sets you back & makes you sicker.
Just this little bit of advice that often gets forgotten about, can do make a big impact on your health/life so I thought I would leave this reminder here for you.
