Make Time To Nutriture Your Kids On Healthy Eating Patterns

Make Time To Nutriture Your Kids On Healthy Eating Patterns

If you have children, you need to make time to Nutriture them on healthy eating patterns.

You want to be the example to them, of what to do in life, or if not they will find someone else, as we all know, that’s not always the ideal person!

So healthy eating, AKA eating actually food over trash, is a great way to lead the way for your child’s health.

The best way to feed your child who is a conscious eater is to enable a healthy space for your child to see, eat & learn about food, they will always have lots of questions…

So at the peak of curiosity show them the ropes, like I said setting the example can help them and instil in them that these types of food is going to do them the world of good, in the long run, your diet does not have to be perfect.

So long as you are showing a good example in front of your kids, although it would be great if you stuck to eating actual food of course, but they are watching you from young no ?

So do you want them to have all of your bad habits ?

If no, then proceeded with the advice given, and for those of you that give out so-called treats to your child. Just remember, it becomes no longer a so-called treat if it’s given all the time or just for anything that they do, that becomes the norm!

If you don’t want your child to have a sweet tooth, don’t give them sugary trash, if they are eating more of the none sugary foods, they wont crave it, it’s once you give them that sugary rush, it starts.

Spend quality time with your kids, doing things like going to your local farm or market, and get them into the process of knowing what they eat, let them help cook, rather than putting them downplaying video games all day.

If you do it young, it will instil in them, and they will fight less with you, we tend to enjoy meals that we make ourselves, so when young let the child or the children help out and feel important like they made it, or they really did lol.

In the long run as I said before, it will pay off, but it starts with you, what kind of example is your plate, be the example your child needs, or they will find it in someone else, it could be a wolf in sheep’s clothing, or a sorry excuse of a human being, are you willing to let your child do that so easily?

THAT’S IT!

I try try to find the balance, but If I am honest, I give too much treats like what you said, I need to tilt it more to real food.
