Eat What Is Real
If you want success you must eat food, not food made in some lab, fresh food, there will be pletny of food at this time of year, so the more fresh and natrual food you have the better, so you can get to all of your food groups too with this.

Your servings should be not a big amount, as you will be eating a lot during the day, so control your intake on snacks and make sure it’s not too much, or you will get full, if it’s stuff such as fruit, nuts etc, you will not crash and crave food.

If you eating candy and sweets, you will crash and want to keep eating more junk like a fiend looking for your fix.
Balance Out Your Meals
As I said before make sure your meals are balanced, the real balacne not this, all candy and cake and no
food that is real any way and bad for you body.

Veg, fruit, meat, nuts, seeds etc. It’s too easy to fill up on sweets during the hoildays, if
you are like many with it all around at this time of year, so make sure your meals are balanced
to stay full and energized.

This will make you healthy, no gusse work needed!
Exercise
Walking, running, jogging, crawling it does not matter LOL!

Find something you enjoy doing, skating, skiing, football, basketball, there are plenty of games that include moving about, even if you jsut sit up and sit down many times..

When watching TV, I don’t care you just need to move around.Β

Sitting around is not good for you, every day you should be moving,
no excuses.
Hydrate
Staying hydrated is very important during the holidays.

Drinking enough water throughout the day helps with digestion, boosts your metabolism, and helps flush out any excess fat or calories.

When you are drinking beer and wine, it’s killing you for one, but also it’s dehydrating you, it builds up excess fat as i said above, so watch out.
Get Enough Rest
Christmas can be a busy and stress-filled time, so make sure youβre getting enough rest to stay energized and prevent fatigue.

Following ALL these tips can help ensure that you donβt gain any, if you do only some it will be not too much weight this holiday season.
