This is all about keeping your list healthy every time, so let’s get straight to the point!
List Your Food By Categories
It’s good to separate your shopping list by category, which will save you from confusion and forgetting something on the list.
I know for me, it saves me a lot of energy, I like to do my own by sections, it helps me be more efficient and stops the likelihood of me impulse buying something.
So an example of what I’m talking about below..
Vegetables Fruits Healthy fats Drinks Dairy or non-dairy & so on, all you do then is list the items you want on them.
Focus On Healthy Items
What’s getting you stuck is, you’re all clued-up on the desserts and unhealthy junk you are filling your belly with at snack times.
You need to be focusing on the healthy foods, when you put as much effort into that, you will be boosted.
The feel good factor you feel after a hard day’s work, knowing that at least you’re taking care of yourself in what you consume.
The focus has to be real food, what you’re most likely calling food is straight trash on the most part.
That’s why you find yourself here, taking notes on this, no ?
An average “diet” you can miss me with that one… Leave that for average ones.
Those that are great focus on their health, I don’t care what you’re doing, if you neglect your health you will be paying the price for it… The dollars don’t do the work, you have to do the work.
Your focus should be on healthy items, if you have kids they too should be eating healthy.
