What if you’re already fat and has a big butt, if I lose weight will i lose my butt even if I’m eating these foods?
Good question the butt you have is unhealthy so that will go down, but your butt will also become smaller but yet firmer in which case when you have lost the weight you can really push making your butt bigger the healthy way.. which is the only way long term for a great life of movement ect..
