Struggling to grow your glutes ?

Then this is for you right here, I’m going to share with you why your glutes are not growing, in hope, you stop doing what you’ve been doing.
So rule one of any glute growth that you want to see is, you have to be active.
Inactivity is the biggest killer to a big glute dream lool!
I don’t care if you go to the gym, or walk around when you are outside..
It’s what you do when you’re at home that counts!
That is where you are the most, if you’re just lying around and not up, that’s not good.
You need to get comfy with standing up right, walking around, going up those stairs if you have them, more than you are just sitting down, as it can so quickly become a sedentary lifestyle.
Those that suffer from underactive glutes struggle to develop their glutes as they cannot get them going during training too.
Failure to do so, makes other muscles work in it’s place, such as your hamstrings, lower back & even your quads.
Your risk of injury will go up, when your glutes are strong, means your hips will be in better shape too.
So make sure to spend more of your day up and active than on your butt, you can do your stretches every hour for example, go for a walk around your house, go up the stairs two to four times every time you need to go toilet, just to get this work, most of you rush to the toilet anyway, no ? (So why not do some laps)
When outside use the stairs, and don’t use the lift, if you are in a car, park a further away and walk the rest of the way, if you use your car at all, you could walk or ride a bike instead.
Fire, fire, fire all day, if you direct all of your attention and feelings towards growth of your glutes, and you have in your mind, everything you do will help the growth of your glutes to grow, you will have it in due course, if you are just pumped for like 60 days, then fade away, skip workouts, then it’s not going to happen for you.
Now, another reason why your glutes are not growing is because your glute workout sucks!

You’re not eating the right amount of food to grow your glutes!
This is key here, now if you just want to have a big glutes and will eat anything, than your butt will look like lard.
If you want big glutes that look like nice & big vs just BIG then you need to eat more, healthy choices along with your protein and your fiber and that will help you progress on your quest for bigger glutes.

I also forgot to say that for your workouts, you should be working on your glutes 3 to 4X a week for the best results!
If you cannot do that, do it 2X a week, you can make it happen, you got to the toilet everyday no ?
I’m talking to you ladies right now that claim they have no time, you could squat on that toilet, with nothing but your body weight before going to the toilet, think outside the box, if you really desire something you do many things to get it.
The question is do you desire this, is this something you kinda of want, or really want to make happen ?
Don’t be that one that goes through all this pain, just to be flat as a pancake still, this is not why you put yourself through all that pain for, The thing is you want better, you know you can but it’s hard as you had no direction, you have a chance now, to have something you’ve wanted for the longest time, or something you never thought could happen for you but only to others…
It’s just you were wrong, not knowing that the tools are all here on this site for you, you just have to put in that work.
I know I’m talking to somebody right now, this is your time to start & never stop, to activate your glutes and make it an everyday a event where your glute is working, even when not working out, this will improve your health and give you what you crave.
