Why You Should Starve Your Negative Thoughts About Your Body

We have so much that is good about our features and our bodies, yet so many tend to be touchy about their own appearance.

Β

Too many of us look at ourselves and say bad things about our own body, some of you would not even speak to your own dog in that way, yet you choose to speak down on you like you’re vermin.

Β

So I want to talk about starving, starving of the negative thoughts about your own body.

Β

Comparison & Illusion

There is a lot of pressure if you’re hearing all the noise from the outside world, that you must look like this person or that person… Your hair must be a certain colour, or you’re not X, all superficial demands you never even thought of until it was fed to you as vital.

Β

The expectations are too much, trying to catch up to every trend/fad or how a woman should look based off which famous women are popping the most at the time, as if they are the blueprint for all women.

Β

Knowing that all women are unique and 1/1 and come with their own style and sauce that if encouraged and let live, would light up our galaxy so bright!

Β

The same goes for the men too, but once we start comparing ourselves too others we’ve already lost. The reason is you’re cheapening yourself to look like a certain person & you’re not them and never will be… So you’re a replica, a fake, a cheap version that can never make you happy for long.

Β

The worst part about all of this is that the ones we are looking at are using tools like photoshop, had plastic surgery or done something to themselves that is not organic, It’s an Illusion, and you’re falling prey to it each and everyday you waste wishing to be like another person.

Β

Let me ask you something now… If there was not this comparison game going on, do you think we would have so many people overeating due to comfort eating?

Β

The numbers would at least be halved to what it is now, which is too much… All it takes is for you to get out of it and say nope I’m not playing this game anymore.

Β

Look at yourself in the mirror and decided from here on out this is what I look like, I love what I look like and tell yourself that as many times as you need to and starve the noise to look like anything else other than yourself.

Β

Now if you don’t love your body or should I say you want to change your body to lose or gain weight, of course that is ok…

Β

However, it should always be for you and not to compete with anyone else, or to look like someone else.

Β

If you’re obese that is problems for you in life, as it makes everything harder and later on in life you’ll suffer chronic diseases, that’s not me wishing it on you that is fact!

Β

We don’t say smoking is good or drinking alcohol is good for you, do we ? Neither is over eating nor under eating…

Β

Just because you do one of those things does not mean you get a pass, we cannot delude ourselves you already know, but are you willing to work on yourself… If you’re obese being negative is only going to lower you and make you even bigger it’s pointless.

Β

Be kind to yourself and make a choice to get back to who you were in the looks before all of this B.S. got to your brain about the expectations of how to look, you should want to be healthy and not restricted in your body because you are over or underweight for yourself not anyone else.

Remember when you compare you’ve already lost, it’s you vs you.

Β

Β

How Do I Starve It Tho?

Β Put the focus on you, stop looking at others bodies all the time.

Β

If you’re looking to improve your body focus on your own plan, but then don’t be a hater of your own body, that is no way to motivate you into doing anything long term.

Β

Mentally telling yourself how ugly or bad you’re set’s you up for an L, we’ve all done it.

Β

Saying good things about others seems to be obs but for ourselves alien for a lot of us, this has got to stop!

Β

Let’s speak up about the features that we love about us, if you only focused on yourself.

Β

What happens is overtime when you are encouraged and comfy with yourself and how you look, you’ll look at others and think meh I’m good!

Β

As you’ll see it’s greener in areas of your body then there’s & yes I know that is comparison, but it’s clarity like damn he/she body is really good, but I would not exchange mine because of X, Y & Z.

Β

You Still Want Peace?

I hear so many talking about peace, and wanting peace but this starts in your mind first.

Β

Then in your heart, then everything else remains as it is, but you change… Thus, those you speak to adapt and life seems a lot nicer this is the illusion working for you.

Β

Or you bring out the best in others, and it’s not as cold as you once thought with the higher version of you, from you being happy with how you look and not wishing to have someone else’s body or even life.

Β

When you nail this your life will become a lot more peaceful, one less thing to deal with & then you can focus on other areas of your life… Each one is a chain off for freedom.

Β

Those that want peaceΒ  and don’t have it just wish for it, You must desire it for it to ever come to pass… Please read this if you’ve not already to help you out (READ MORE).

Β

I understand a lot of you reading this have given up because life has kicked you down, but we must get back up, and you must know the peace inside your mind you control…

Β

Life is never that bad if your mind is at peace, it’s when reality of the outside meets the B.S. you’re thinking negative in the inside where there is an explosion that destroys you from the inside.

Β

The casualties are your hope and dreams, we need you… We all need you!

Β

Imagine if I never started anything, you would not be here, I would not know you, your life would be on another course than it is right now all because you did not read this…

Β

Every little thing shapes us. You cannot simply want peace it’s something to do and be, and it starts inside & then your outer will show display what is inside, you can live your dreams if you want to, don’t be one of those that give up and just bitch and make comments.

Β

If how you look makes you feel negative, please do not ignore it… Explore it.

The sooner you starve yourself of negative thoughts and feed yourself positive thoughts the better!

THAT’S IT!

Β

I really enjoyed sharing this with you guys. Please do let me know though…
