Why You Should Love To Get HIIT More

We know that getting physically active is healthy thing to do for our health, but yet worldwide we are not even at 50% of people getting enough.

The percentage right now is estimated to be around 25 to 30%… that sucks!

I don’t care if you’re in a physically demanding job or not, a dedicated fitness routine is a portal to your best self…

So what I’m saying is you gotta get it by any means right?

But how when your time is locked in with work, work, work, work, work?

You need to get HIIT ASAP!

I’m now going to explain what HIIT is & look at all the health benefits to do with it.

 What Is HIIT?

I’m not talking punches don’t worry y’all!

HIIT stands for High-intensity interval training.

It involves working out in short bursts of intense exercise with a low intensity recovery periods, then you go again.

This is very time efficient if you are short on time, or busy working during your day… like I said before by any means!

The workout can last from anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes or 20 to 30 minutes.

Don’t be fooled by the short duration time, HIIT will kick your ass mentally and physically.

I’ve always said that it will show bad you want to lose weight, how much you want to get to your goals.

Now you actual activities you can do it really depends… You can sprint, biking, jumping & the tons of body weight exercises you can do.

So let’s say you choose to sprinting, you sprint as fast as you can for 15 seconds and then walk back for 60 seconds and then repeat.

Or another example biking, you cycle as fast s you can for 30 seconds and then you rest for 2 minutes of slow cycling and then repeat.

How long Should I Repeat For?

Well I would say between 3 to 5 times in one workout, 3 being light work, 5 being hard work.

The rest time varies it depends on what you choose to do as the activity & how intense you exercise.

When you do HIIT your heart rate should speed up, and if not you’re doing it wrong, you need to be getting tired quick that’s the aim.

Performing HIIT will provide you with many benefits VS a longer workout in a much shorter time.

HIIT Burns Calories

You heat up and burn calories quick using HIIT that’s a promise!

10 minutes of HIIT burns more than, running for 30 minutes on a treadmill.

It also puts less strain on your joints, which is good for anyone who worries about that.

Working out does not have to be long, if you don’t want it to be and still of done great work.

I really have to push that point, as I feel a lot of you feel like you only do a little bit so…

It’s not all that, when really it’s what you put in those minutes over how long you do it for during the day.

You Burn So Much More Hours After You’ve Worked Out

One of the great things about HIIT is that it helps you burn calories well after you’ve worked out.

This is because your metabolism increases after exercise, but just much more when you put in high intensity in a short period of time.

It Makes Your Fat GO,GO,GO

When you perform HIIT three to four times a week for 20 minutes, you can lose up to 4.4 pounds of body fat in 3 months.

You can lose even more than that when you change to more of a healthy lifestyle, body fat is reduced with HIIT so…

If you’re overweight or obese you’ll see the best results with HIIT when it comes to weight loss.

But you slim ones need to know what’s next…

You Can Gain Muscle Using HIIT

So we know now it can help you lose a lot of fat right?

What you might not of known is that you can also build muscle doing this too.

If you’re just starting out and want to gain a lil muscle then go for it, it’s a great way to get some.

Of course weight training is the top way to build mass of muscle in a faster time, but speed does not always win the race you know.

In life (Your whole life until you die) I would advise you to be patient and take your time.

So that A) You know what the hell you’re doing & B) you don’t go so fast that you hurt yourself.

Remember it’s not just about when you get there, it’s how you stay there.

What is the point of getting stronger in 2 years if in the next two you lose all your gains via you F-up your spine and you can no longer lift?

Longevity is always on my mind when it comes to working out. So that would be my advice to you, if you’re new to this work your way up first.

How To Get Started With HIIT?

There are many ways to get your HIIT in during the day, work or not at work etc.

You just need to choose which activity you’ll do on the day.

There are many videos on YT for you to do for free too!

But if you want my help I have a whole schedule for this with what to eat too below…

It’s called “8 WEEK DI WEIGHTLOSS STRENGTH & CONDITIONING HOME WORKOUT” (READ MORE HERE) .

THAT’S IT

I really enjoyed sharing this with you guys. Please do let me know, though…
