Why You Must Start Drinking Warm Water

Most people we know wake up in the mornings and have a fresh cup of either Tea or Coffee to get themselves warm after waking from bed.

It’s pretty typical to drink water when it’s cold, but what happens when the weather changes and it’s freezing? Instead of going back to Tea or Coffee I highly recommend we start drinking warm water instead.

I’ve already discussed with you the benefits of drinking water as a whole (Click Here) but in reflection I know 99.9 percent of you guys/ girls have a lack of water during the winter months, so this couldn’t come any sooner!

Below I will discuss with you the benefits of drinking warm water in the winter months/ any season more than you do now.. which is 0 😄

Helps With Constipation- It actually starts when there is little to no bowel movement in your body, and more often than not is caused by a lack of water in your body. Most constipation happens in the morning so I would encourage you to drink warm water before eating anything as this will help your bowel movements a lot more and make it highly unlikely you’ll get constipation again… I really really encourage you if your current eating habits are not as good right now.

Improves Your Digestive System- When you start drinking warm water it activates your digestive tract and really soothes it too. It is much better at eliminating waste than cold water ever could, plus any food your body may find hard to digest warm water handles that and makes it easy.

DID YOU KNOW?: Drinking cold water solidifies the fats and oils in the foods you eat, making the digestion harder and creating fat deposits.. I can hear that kettle going.

Aids Weight Loss- As you know already water is a great aid for weight loss, but remember I said aid not a magic drink that makes you shrink. Hot water raises body temperature and your metabolism, which then creates fat burning.

Warm water drinking helps improve the function of your Kidneys, which is fantastic because let’s face it we all know someone who’s got or had Kidney stones due to a lack of water.

DID YOU KNOW?:  There are 10 other tips to go with this warm water aid when it comes to weight loss (Click Here)

Keeps You HydratedI’m sure you saw this one coming a mile off! Water of course, keeps us hydrated. You must be drinking 8 glasses of water a day if you are to fulfill  your goals  of losing weight and becoming healthy. I urge you not to skip this as it is one  reason why for many of you reading this your yo-yoing weight is an issue.. and who really plays with a yo-yo these days COME ON! Water is your aid, stop yo-yoing.

It’s SimpleIt really is! Rather than queuing up at Starbucks or Costa how about pouring yourself a nice cup of warm water from the comfort of your own home, If you’re at work bring a big thermos flask with you.

I’m really not buying into drinking warm water as a difficult thing at all, it may be weird because your mind has been wired to always drink water cold, but after that it really does taste like most other warm drinks..  I also don’t buy into the fact that it’s difficult to drink 8 glasses.

It’s all about desire, as you end up drinking a lot more coffee, tea and all kinds of bright sugary drinks in a day anyway.

Everyone I have advised to start drinking warm water has thanked me for doing so as it’s very simple and is a much welcomed addition to their warm beverage collection.

Improves Blood Circulation- Like I said earlier the fat deposits are created when you drink cold water, when you do the opposite they are eliminated from your body.. but in this instance your nervous system. This then gets rid of the toxins that are circulating in your body and then gives a boost to your blood circulation, making certain your muscles are in a relaxed state.. any poor circulation and blood flow will be a thing of the past too.

THAT’S IT!

I really enjoyed sharing this with you guys.  Please do let me know though…

I don’t drink much water at all this time of year, since you put this article up I’ve been drinking 8 glasses a day! I feel much warmer now, the only downside is I’m in the toilet a lot but I do feel better now then before.

I live in the UK and converting from teas to warm water has been a struggle for me. At first i burned my mouth LOL, then I just felt it was weird. Right now It’s not too bad but I’m starting to notice how much I was dependent on tea, so I’m glad that I read this article from you.
