Why You Keep Going Back To Square One On Your Diet

The back & fourth that I see with people losing and then gaining weight again is really sad to see.

All that time energy and effort, then quicker than you thought/if at all, the fat comes back.

So if you’re unhappy, lost, frustrated or ready to give up on your weight loss goals then this is for you!

If you look at my headline it says “diet” on it, all the Di1’s already know what’s coming (Gang!)

You’ve set yourself up for an L just in your mind, I know your whole life you’ve seen diet as a good thing, but it’s not for your long term health.

Why?… It’s only meant to be for a short window that you’re on a diet, to lose weight, but what happens next?

You’re left on your own to eat whatever, that is where the problem arises before the diet you was eating poorly and recklessly, this is part of the reason you gained in the first place no?

So your normal go to foods will be what you go for, as that’s your normal & what you’ve been eating for years to some months on a diet.

This is why you need to change that way of thinking, and move to a lifestyle change.

It’s more work, and it’s hella hard at the start, but isn’t everything that’s worth investing in?

You’ve been told by the media and advertised to always go for the instant, and something’s like tech have given you instant, but your health don’t work like that.

Even if you think you’re smart, and you decided to go under the knife, that cost money, the procedure takes time and the aftercare you need take last ages after.

That’s what’s missing from a diet, there is no aftercare it’s instant and done… That’s not how this game goes.

Weight loss any health goal is not a sprint, it’s a marathon, and you need to arm yourself with food and drink that you will be able to have daily to the point where it becomes auto choice for you to take… when you don’t have time to think, or you’re too busy to think deeply.

This is where your lifestyle change comes into play, if you stay in your lane of eating rubbish don’t complain that your life sucks, you’re aiding it by feeding your brain chemicals that are making you more angry, depressed and tired.. That’s on you.

The world can give you a lot but what you put in you, is vital, it’s not a joke this is your home to stay on earth.

If you’re not taking it to heart and get serious, you’ll just keep going back to square one over and over again until you quit… You’ll be like, “Diets don’t work for me!” Nor should they, they’re short fixes and your life is a long term issue ya dig?

Rule of thumb for every healthy meal you like, take a pic of it, write what’s in it if you’re unsure about it, look at the label if it’s store bought.. Heck, learn how to read the food label.

Not being able to do so is like not being able to read as an adult.. It should be taught in schools, so it’s not your fault, but yeah we got to take this responsibility in our own hand & stop relying on governments to tell us to do it, they don’t have a clue anyway lol.

Also, bad advice, I believe everybody that wants to know about food should speak to an expert.

I’m talking in depth or what is in what, what does this do all that (HEY, HIII)

It just makes life easier, and you can learn and pick up at a faster rate, we need to as a whole seek out Nutritionist, Dietitians for advice on what they do for fun daily.

Stop asking a bricklayer what you should eat LMAO, and get that expert advice, that’s what we are here for.

Also sleep, if we keep not sleeping or sleeping poorly, you’re setting yourself up to fail on your weight loss and just everything, as if you don’t sleep well you’re unwell.

An unwell people need to get better, everything you do is worse because of a lack of sleep.. You don’t want to be on this cycle, I’ve got so many tips on how to get better to sleep, please type in sleep on the toolbar and have a nice night, yeah.

THAT’S IT!

I really enjoyed sharing this with you guys. Please do let me know though…
