This is the first in a month’s worth of veg-based content to encourage you to eat more vegetables daily.
Instead of going for the junk food on autopilot, why not go for some Spinach instead?

Spinach is a great vegetable for those that are looking to add healthier ones to their plate.
They are low in calories & dark leafy greens which is great for your skin, hair and bone health.
The inside of the protein, iron and vitamins/ minerals, which is what we need daily anyway.
This is a great way to control blood sugar levels, too, for those that have diabetes.
You can add it to your meals such as…. Pasta, rice & soup, sandwiches, omelet and so on.
It’s a vegetable that if we start eating now, can get us into greens even though some don’t like the taste of it, but some do and hate peas (With exp from working with my Di1’s).
So if you are into this taste more, it can be a gateway in for you to eat more veg, which is really cool if I don’t say so myself, hahaha.
