This is the third in a month’s worth of fruit-based content to encourage you to eat more fruits daily.
Instead of going for the junk food on autopilot, why not go for an Orange instead?

Are you aware that Oranges prevents colds when eaten daily?
From what I’m hearing and seeing in observation, is one of the following… A) Yes I do, but I just don’t get round to eating them or B) Well I neverrr!
If you do not like colds you should be eating them, if you experience winter in your country,
you should be eating them often, if not daily!
It seems that we only eat them when we have a cold, and the lemon and all that lool.
Do this beforehand, to prevent yourself from getting a cold, if 2020 was not a wake-up call
to get your health in check, to avoid getting a cold… I don’t know what will.
I’ve not had a cold in like six or seven years (I’ve stopped counting) and this is one of the reasons why.
Of course, it’s not the only reason, but it’s a very big reason why not & I know it helps.
Oranges have skin on them, so you can carry them around with you, it can fit anywhere from your car
to your handbag, we need these oranges on us like we carry our keys and mobile phones!
Now Oranges have vitamin C, folate, and potassium in them, which is all good for our health.
It’s high in antioxidants, for example flavonoids & carotenoids… All good for us.
Now I get asked a lot, is just drinking Orange juice ok?
My answer to that is, are you making your own orange juice?
What I mean buy that is the orange juice that is in the store, more than likely if you read the label its sugar content is too high.
Why?… It takes 12 to 15 Oranges to make it go to the top of the bottle, just think the bigger it is the more of it they used, if 12 to 15 is for your average one.
Now, let me ask you a question… Would you eat that much in one setting?
If you said no, then why would you drink that much in one setting??
It’s too sweet, which can lead to all kinds of problems like type-2 diabetes, weight gain (As it has a lack of fibre)
Also, I may add, there are hidden added sugars too, that they put in it, that’s like me getting a teaspoon and adding more sugar to something that is packed with sugar already!
That’s something a child would do, or someone looking to get you addicted to sugar, so you buy more, you feel me?
Instead, if you want to drink Orange juice then just make it yourself use less orange, and you will not have to worry at all about what is in it, can I trust the store that I got this from, as you made this all by yourself.
One thing I don’t think you know is this my Di1’s…. Oranges are an excellent source of mineral potassium, which helps regulate blood pressure and prevents bone loss!
If you do it right, Oranges are a very healthy source of food or drink for you to have, no doubt about it.
