Instead of going for the junk food on autopilot, why not go for some Grapes instead?

My Case
Grapes, I have not met many of you Di1’s that dislike grapes to be fair, but have found that you enjoy it more when the sport events are on/summer, no?
It’s like, why only have it then, when it’s there for you all year round?
Instead of going for Pringles which you eat one after the other, the Omega of that is Grapes!
One will leave you unwell overtime, the other one will give you extra time.
Grapes taste great, they have been cultivated for thousands of years you know!
Ancient civilizations were eating these like crazy, you can get green ones, red, black, yellow and even pink!
They have vitamin C & K in them if you are not sure about K I will tell you it’s a fat soluble vitamin.
Now this is vital to stop blood clotting and get your bones healthy.
It helps fight of chronic diseases, and is ideal snack for you to be eating often.
If you are looking to avoid getting type-2, this will help you out, also looking to lose weight same thing.
Lastly you can eat grapes in so many ways too!
You can eat it as it is plain, you can freeze them & make a cool snack out of them.
You can chop them up and put them into a fruit salad, or add them to your beef or chicken.
You can drink etc… How could you not be eating more of this after reading this?!
