Instead of going for the junk food on autopilot, why not go for some celery instead?

Celery is well known for being a low calorie vegetable, it only has 10.
It’s green & crunchy and can be cut up so fine, it’s easy to put in your meals with the antioxidants, which help protect your blood vessels and cells also your organs.
This helps against chronic inflammation too, who really wants to get arthritis and osteoporosis?
Celery has seeds in them that have 25 anti-inflammatory compounds that fight off inflammation in your body!
Your life insurance don’t even cover you like that! You’d be a fool not to start eating celery.
Even the stems have a lot of calcium in them, so if you’re not a drinker of cow’s milk, this is a way to get it, vs popping pills.
This is a vegetable to be added to foods, not really eaten on its own, so what I’m saying to you is this…
Go for something healthy today, and add celery to it, in fact do this once a week & after a month tell me you’re not adding it more times during the week!
