This is a first in a month’s worth of fruit-based content to encourage you to eat more fruits daily.
Instead of going for the junk food on autopilot, why not go for a Banana instead?

This is a fruit that everyone knows about, and loads of you enjoy eating it.
I would go as far as to say, I’ve never met anyone who dislikes it (Excluding babies).
Most of the OG Di1’s are eating it all the time, but for the rest of you, I know it’s not often.
I know that it’s once or twice in a month, or the fruit gets brown spots all over it.. Which makes it very sweet, but also if left too long it gets manky and mushy, then thrown away.
You can take it around with you, as it has skin on it.. Can you imagine if we carried one with us when we went out, or left it in our car for when we got hungry?
I’m talking about as a snack, rather than salted peanuts or chocolate etc, how much better would your health be?
It’s scientifically proven that Bananas put you in a better mood and helps you ward off stress, anxiety etc.
You see when the sugar is released, it comes out slowly to your bloodstream, this makes your blood sugar level a lot more stable.
When your sugar levels are too low, let’s say you eat a tub of ice cream.. That puts you in a bad mood.
Don’t forget, it’s not just off one ice cream! It’s other sugary trash you may have eaten during the day, that releases a lot faster into your blood stream than a Banana.
To end my case I would like to say that, as most of us would say that we love eating Bananas right? Well, if we love it, and it’s good for us, should we then not eat more often than not?
I don’t know about you, but all this talk about Bananas is making me crave them right about now!
