This is number two of my fruit-based content to encourage you to eat more fruits daily.
Instead of going for the junk food on autopilot, why not go for an Apple instead?

My Case
Stop and ask yourself how many Apples am I eating per week?
If it’s not a lot then, what junk food could you swap it for ?
Not getting your Apples in is tragic, as you miss out on your vitamins.. C, K, A, B6, B2 & E (If you was wondering which ones!
If you’re are eating them a lot, are you peeling the skin?
If the answer is yes then please stop doing so, that is taking away the nutrients.
Anyway, you can carry this too in your bag or pocket, there is zero issues to have an Apple on your desk at work or in your car either.
It’s also sweet, for the sweet tooth’s, it can be sour for those that prefer the green apples.
Apples diversify very well, and can be cut up easy and put into other foods.
It’s on most of your kitchens and dinning room tables in the fruit bowl, so instead of it just being for show would you not rather eat it?
It really annoying to see good food go to waste and rot, or gather dust like that & too boot it taste good.
For me once or twice a month is not going to cut it, this thing literally falls from a tree!
This helps with your weight too, so instead of going to getting junk food from the local store,
you can get fresh fruit that will aid you rather than set you back.
It you cannot tell me that Apples don’t cross your mind, you most likely say that word at least 5 times per week if you have an I Phone,
seen an Apple ad, have Apple TV or just binge watch Steve Jobs speeches on YT!
All I’m saying is if you put that same energy you have for a damn phone, and upgrading it as you do with a real Apple you can eat damn!
You would most likely not have to be reading this right now, and be in great shape & want to get dressed with the light on.
Lastly it has polyphenols in it, this helps prevent any tissue damage to your pancreas, we call this Beta cells.
Beta cells produce insulin in our body and are often damaged in those that have type 2 diabetes, so Apples
help prevent that.

How many apples should I have in one day ?
Good question, at your lowest which is five a day (Fruit & veg) you only need five obs.. so that’s two fruits and three veg, so two would be my answer
at the lowest.
Now with an Apple if you eat like 3 to 5 of them in a day, it can upset your tummy… As it has sorbitol, which is a sugar, which some of us
cannot absorb properly, which gives us belly ache and worst if you catch my drift!
So I would advise not knowing your eating history, two.
