This is just to ensure that you do not overthink what oils to use, as it can be tricky as there are loads of them around.
Fortunately it doesn’t matter as almost half of them are a not good for us, the one that springs to mind is vegetable oil & below I’ll explain why you should avoid it at all cost.
The Short Version
Now a lot of you maybe confused or even shocked, like vegetable oil?! Yeah, vegetable oil is trash!
It’s quite simple it’s a con, they’re using cheaper oils and mixing it in for one, two for something that say’s vegetable’s on it, you’ll be pushed to find any traces of vegetables in this oil, this is fraud, and it’s kick in the teeth to all those that are thinking that they’re being healthy by using it.
I don’t know at one point they will change the label or come out with the truth, but at the end of the day the back of the label you can see it for yourself.
This is why I don’t use it myself it’s filled with rubbish that is no good for us, and make us unhealthy, so you must avoid it at all cost.
The More In Depth Version
Vegetable oils are supposed to lower our cholesterol levels, if this was true it would help protect us against heart disease.
Unfortunately, these claims are bogus and this has disastrous effects on our health and metabolism.
The reality is you think vegetable oil is healthy, it’s not your fault… After all, it does say vegetable.
Vegetable oil is actually made up from backend grains, seeds and beans, I’ll give you some examples below.
Corn Oil = Grain
Canola Oil = Seed
Soybean Oil = Bean
Sunflower Oil = Seed
Safflower Oil = Seed
Peanut Oil = Bean
Sesame Oil = Seed
Cottonseed = Seed
Now what this is, is a chemical process which is responsible for over two thirds of hexane emissions specifically in the west.
Hexane is a process that strips the remaining nutrients from the oil, and turns a significant quantity of polyunsaturated fats into artery clogging trans fats!
They don’t put this on the bottle as no one would obs buy it, but it’s there, and it’s not good for you in the long run.
None of these oils are good for your heart whatsoever so If you take away anything from this, please stop using these oils.
What I would like to say just to end this is that remember vegetable oil is not a food, it’s an industry product, things that come from real sources like coconut, butter, avocado etc are real.
