Obesity comes around for you when you’re eating mostly processed foods.
They are low in nutrients and increase your chances of getting a chronic disease.
Real food never has such type of issues as its real food! & only helps you be healthy and lose weight.
Down below I will talk more about this.
When you’re eating real foods such as apples, kale, bananas, brown rice, whole egs etc you’re eating them knowing how much vitamins and minerals they have in them, you can relax also knowing that they lack any form of chemical additives or processing to them.
When you’re eating these nutrients you will lose weight and improve the chances of you feeling hungry all time, which can be nothing but a plus!
Another good reason why real food= Weight loss is because it does not contain added sugar, no person in white overalls in a lab added more sugar to make it unhealthy for us to consume.
Those type of trash adds nothing but calories, sugar high & your risk of being obese/type-2 diabetes etc.
You’ll find foods such as fruits and veg with soluble fiber in them, and when you do find it in them this is a good thing as it reduces your hunger.
Sweet potatoes too for those of you that love them like me!
When you eat real food over time it sorts out your sweet tooth, eating more real food means your taste buds adjust and change…
Then making you dislike really sweet trash, which is only fit for the bin.
So all in all when you’re eating real rich foods, it’s the best way to lose weight in the long term.
You will not have to worry about counting calories or even reading labels, as nearly everything you eat will be fresh & not in a packet.
It’s not hard to ge into a healthier way of living, to turn it into a lifestyle, it’s the thinking it’s a diet you need to be on is the issue.
Which is making you treat it like an exam, when the reality is that it’s anything but it’s for life… To eat healthy.
