This for those of you that don’t feel hungry in the mornings/skip breakfast for the most part.
I’m sure you are aware that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
So if we are not feeling hungry there could be an issue that needs to be sorted asap, or it could be just a mind shift, either way it still stands that breakfast is the most important, and I’m just going to explain below.
So Why Is It Important ?
Why Is It So Important? It’s the start of how you plan to set up your body for the day!
What you eat and drink first when you wake up is vital, how an earth could you skip this… forget so much about the time and just the first thing that you eat (Will call it breakfast) Is the most important.
This is what you’re choosing to fuel yourself with to give you energy during the day, and how your body will respond to what you have chosen to eat.
Smart choices via eating healthy will have you in a better position to focus on your day, without any sickness, stomach aches or worse!
I literally knew someone from school that was fuelled on fizzy drink and a chocolate bar in the mornings when he could be bothered to eat, that is.
He would then throw up most mornings, or just get really Ill… don’t be like him, slow down as most of us feel real bad, and we blame this person or that thing that happened… but when it comes down to our own mood, we can normally trace it back to what we ate and drank first.
I’ve seen it time and time again, if this is the only thing that you learn from reading this then I’ll be happy, as you’ll be much better off.
So What Is The Reason?
It could be eating a large meal right before bed, late night snacking, Feeling depressed or anxious, Feeling sick, medication you’re taking, You’ve fallen pregnant, Your hormones switching up on you as you age.
My point is you must find out about your own body, especially if you use to, and you don’t have it any more, you know if it was a sudden thing… do not ignore it.
What Happens When You Skip Breakfast?
It makes it more likely that you will gain weight, just like a lack of sleep does. It makes it more likely that you will over eat at lunchtime, which again leads to weight gain. Your mood is all messed up etc.
The point is you do this over time your health will suffer, and you’ll most likely end with a chronic disease.
So that’s the typical ones you would imagine, heart failure to some you might not think of like kidney trouble.
I hope for those of you that are prone to skipping breakfast will have a re-think because, even if you wake up at 5pm, it still counts what you put in your mouth to fuel you.
Your meals do not have to be heavy, they can be light, but they must be healthy and real… If you want to be healthy and live over suffering in the body because you ate poorly.
