Water needs to become the go to drink that we reach for daily.
These fizzy drinks, wine, beers and all of that is going against your brain and not for it.
To be in the best mental state that you can be, water should be your go to source out of all the other drinks.
Once water is your source, you will see a significant effect on your energy levels towards your brain function.
Your mood will be better and you will feel better as what you are drinking is helping you and not hindering you.
Your brain is strongly influenced by your hydration status too.
When you are dehydrated you lose body weight, but this also mess up your brain function.
In what? Concentration, memory & feelings of anxiety, fatigue & depression.
Of course it will get worse if you are lacking on water and you’re out in the hot sun, if you’re very snappy
you’re most likely not drinking water like you should.
You know even mild dehydration can affect your mental and physical well being.
You need to be drinking 8 glasses a day and more if you live in a place where it’s hot all the time.
Do this daily and watch and see how your mood changes, I know it helps!
