It’s a very slippery slope to be following bad influences, no matter how much you admire them for their work etc.
So in this case it’s sad to know that for both them & those influence by them, that only eating one meal a day is good.
I encourage everyone to do what is right by their body, for your health, the thing with these celebrities that are pushing this and making you fall into this trap is that they are not experts, so for example because they lost some pounds YEAHHHHHHHH, WOOOOOOOO!
No, no, no… Each pound is not measured equally, how did they do it, if a drug addict is stick thin, do you really think he lost it in a healthy way & his body is not affected by that, and if he does not OD, one of his organs will fail him soon ?
The other is that, because of the look of the celebrity, they feel like damn I want to look like that, not knowing that they have a whole ass team behind them, yet you don’t feel you need anyone, you’ll do it solo, and expect their results, even though you don’t know the real dangers some of them are in, nor if it’s done legit or not, you just want.
If that sounds like you, then this is why you lack the body you desire, you’re only looking at the front end and not the back end of what is going on, and thus getting tricked and then falling for any scam that comes your way, and anything that looks close to what you think on the front end, you’ll take and end up getting burnt.
These celebrities have personal trainers on tap, but that still means work, they also have plastic surgeons if they want too, to cheat their way from an appearance look, but us experts know that inside it’s anything but good, it’s just a front you understand ?
From Lipo to a gastric band, this is a lot of money and a lot of pain that you might not wake up from, all to be faux healthy LMAO!
To trick your way into making others think you are healthy, this really is a sickness that these in La La land know all to well… You know the problematic weight loss drugs that they use, to fool you…
The same energy is not used as for those that are looking to gain and cheat in the gym, they always get slaughtered, but the other way around it’s just normal… REALLY ?!
Celebrity diets is another thing, the 90 percent of them do not know what they are talking about (Not experts) and just chat out of their BBL’s XD
The other 5 percent get the info from an expert, and have themselves as the front, but the issue with these ones is that they never stick to what they are preaching, as one it did not come from them, but the expert (Nutritionist/Dietician)…
The second being their mindset never changed and as a result, when the expert left them to do it on their own as they have other clients, or they are moved on by the celebrity as they have the result now & are too short term minded…
Not seeing that, to be slimmer is the easy part, now the real work begins as you have to maintain your weight every day!
Then you see this same celebrity back at their old weight again, if not bigger!
I’m not saying any names, but you know the names of these fakers & deep down if you are over the age of 18 you know there is foul play going on, surely ?
So this whole one meal a day, you have one big meal and then don’t eat anything else for the whole day, this is not new.
Your ancestors most likely were on this style of eating too, but how free were they ?
If they were free, it’s not like they had much food to choose from, did they ?
They ate what they killed, no ? So it’s just funny how the fightback for pro one meal a day is “Our ancestors did it” bruhhh, like they had much choice in the matter loool.
The reality is, for those of you that are on this one meal a day b.s, is that you’ll starve, your body weight will be reduced, you will also lose muscle and body mass, this is not good an very unhealthy, like I said before not every pound loss is measured equally.
You can end up with chronic illness from doing this, for the average person, eating one meal a day is very hard anyway.
Your hunger and cravings are increased, this can also lead to low energy levels, weakness, reduced physical and mental performances, you would have to do this for many months & I don’t know one person that is on this diet and is not suffering from illness in the body or now frequently injured or not injured currently/ not got some kind of mental disorder that has been confirmed by the doctor…
If anyone wants to challenge me on that, give me a name, I’ll be very surprised if you can come up with any that are known.
From E.D to a sad case of body dysmorphia, you’ll find that a lot of these that are pushing you to do this, have something like this going on, or on drugs and should not be listened to at all, and with that you do what is best for you, I hope you make the wise investment and trust your gut on who is really telling you the truth.
