What You Need To Know About Carbs

I want to break down carbohydrates, so many more of you can feel more confident & really wake up to some of the myths that are being told about carbohydrates.

Like many other fields, there is an agenda and a lot of misinformation out there by those that don’t know any better, but mostly the latter, that know damn well, but want you left sicker, in hope that you will buy from them over and over again.

Which is good for them as they are making money off you, but you’re not getting any healthier, right ?

So I just want you to think about that, but anyway below is about the carbs!

Carbohydrate in it’s simple form is a molecule made up of carbon, hyrogen and oxygen.

When we digest, carbs are converted into blood glucose or sugar, which then provides us with fule for cells throughout our entire body.

Let’s say the trashy diet, such as glucose and fructose, are simple carbohydrates that when broken down at it’s core, can be a fast source of energy.

Highly processed junk such as sweets, candy, cake, fizzy drink are full of these simple carbs.

Now complex carbs which include starches, they have to be broken apart before the body can use them, making them a steady, longer lasting suppyl of energy (What you need) Peas, beans, whole grains, veg & so on are sources of complex carbs.

Fiber is also a complex carb, which your body cannot break down, meaning it passes through the digestive system without causing spikes in the blood glucose, this is super healthy, this helps you stay fuller for the longest time, but don’t go too HAM at one time with fiber, mix it up, as it can casue a tummy ache and worse if you catch my drift lol!

Now where the confusion seems to lie is, oh I need to stop eating carbs full stop, and it’s like you don’t have to, just stop eating trash!

When is a doghnut ever a smart move ever for your health ?

Or drinking coffee to wake you up, when you really should of gone to bed early & left
whatever happend in your life to oneside before you hit the hay, thinking on the most part
about things that are out of your control ?

Yet fruit & veg are both have carbs in them, and you should be eating those everyday.

The difference is, fruit and veg are also full of many nutritious things tare are not carbs and are considered essential to your health, not just souless food that is killing slow.

This is why when you just say the word carbs, the first thing most think of, is bread… Oh no, can’t eat that.

Even though brown bread is full of fiber and there are more that are even healither for you, the white bread is what most of you eat so that is trash, yes and filled with refined grains, which makes you have a sugar level crash, and make you crave more slices of bread or something a bit sweeter right ?

I really believe a lot of you are scared of bread like it’s a demon food lool, yet openly eat candy bars, it’s really strange and makes zero sense.

So really put carbs in context, as that matters, fruits and veg, if that was your first thought, it would have a more postive image, it’s food, not real food, food…

As all food is real, the stuff you are eating like candy and all that is trash, it’s not food, you choose to eat that, you are eating backwards..

wake up!

You could eat a banana that comes with nutrients such as potassium, magnesium and fiber without any ADDED SUGAR.

To put it to you like this, you would not fill up a Lambo with a bottle of coke and expect it to run, yet you fill your body which is worth more than all the lambos in the world lined up on planet earth, you are a 1/1 your body is a temple, the vessle that is driving you through life, priceless…

Abuse of the highest order to oneself SMH.

Stop turning carbs into the villan, and switch your focus to all trashy foods, being the joker of your life!

If you were eating whole grain foods such as brown rice, oatmeal, popcorn (With no sugar/ no salt) etc, you would be living  and feeling better, not one or the other, they come as a package.
