What Those That Want A Flat Belly But Don’t Need To Understand/ Apply

This is a message to those that do not have a flat belly, want one…Or never had one & think it cannot happen to them.

This is a message for those that are looking for the shortcuts and think that, they can cheat their way to a flat belly, lol.

You know the ways I’m talking about, many of which could cost you your life, so all of this, is with your health in mind!

It’s not even hard, It’s hard for “you” granted, okay.

The reason being you’ve been doing the wrong thing consistently for a long time, and the poor habits have stuck with you.

You may have been brought up with family who eat the same, and you’re just copying what you’ve seen, this is not just the eating but the mindset, right ?

It could be well you’re more prone to getting bigger from eating, but that’s not an excuse, as there are many ways to get paid, no ?

Everyone does not do the same thing to get money, do they ?

So what I’m saying is, it’s the same with how you eat, the fact you do not know what your body needs and how to stop getting bigger, with a healthy lifestyle change, let alone apply is very bad.

I should be shouting from the rooftops about it, but I’m very sad as I would like nothing more than to see everyone is able to take care of their own health, a child is one thing, a grown adult still in the dark about 101 eating habits, is a disgrace if you really deep it.

However, everyone wakes up with a chance to change, so instead of looking around comparing those that have flat bellies, and thinking negative thoughts you should be motivated by it, if they can do it, so can I.

Now they may not ever of been fat before, but that’s okay too, as that does not mean that you cannot be slim, it means you’ll know all the things what not to do, as you’ve been doing them for so long, then gather what to do, like from here, and then apply them, over and over again.

It’s really annoying when I hear “I tried this, and it does not work” you need to stop trying, that means you failed to do it, and keep doing it, this is health habits that you know work for fact, the data shows it, unless you have a massive health issue, it will work for you as 9/10 it works for or 10/10.

Once you start adding those up, the 8/10 tips that work will come in, once you have loads of those you will mix and match to your own ways that fit your lifestyle.

Notice I did not say diet, I said lifestyle!

This is for the rest of your life, not a short term solution, or you will keep coming back to square one.

As even when you lose all the weight, you have to maintain it, which is a lot harder than to lose weight, for those that have big bellies.

The reason being is that, it can easily be taken for granted, the lack of respect and effort as they look fine, can catch up with them.

Then you end up getting bigger, and then they start freaking out, as they don’t know what they did wrong, this is where you have the advantage over them.

It takes work, to break a habit, and it takes work to build new ones, but once you have that, you’ll be flying, you’ll still have to do the work, it’s just the work will be 2nd nature and it will be on autopilot, you see what’s holding you back is that, your mind is telling you…

“Oh but what if I have to keep on going to the toilet as I will have to drink water” / “I don’t want to be eating like a Rabbit all day, quality of life” LMAO!


Most of this is in your head, once the switch is turned on & you see the truth and feel how much better your life will be, you will understand.

What makes it worse is when you are surround with those that have given up, you know like when they say you should get away from those that have given up on thier dreams.

It’s like this for your eating habits too, if you are around those that eat in the dark and don’t really care, you are more than likely going to be the same.

You need to be around those that are pushing you for your health, that’s mental too.. Or it will end very bad for you, and if you have no one else on earth, you need to have yourself!

Or you really are just a snack for these wolves to feast on & tell you any old rubbish, your health is most important, now let’s not let this year go to waste!
