What People In Their 30’s & 40’s Must Know About Weight Loss

Your health should be top 3 of your main priorities in life, health is not just for the really young.

The young too in their 30’s and the kinda old 40’s lmao (I don’t know what to call y’all).

My point is this, it’s not the end because you hit 30 or 40… I think as a whole we are getting it, with seeing others at these age groups still looking good and that, and us as humans living longer.

Still there are some in those old mindsets that are saying right, I’m 30 now & I’m going to let it go… Well you’re going to be in for hella health problems, because as I said we are living longer now than in the olden days.

So I’m just going to talk about how you can lose weight in your 30’s & 40’s below… If you yourself are not that age and younger, please share with someone that is… THANK YOU!

Focus On Yourself Again

You need to put the focus on you again, it doesn’t matter what kids or other task you got to do… You have to make time for you and your health.

Or you’re going to do all those nice things for others and not even be around once you’re done, or in pain because you neglected your own health.

If you need to bring your kids along whilst you work out then do it, but just make sure you put the work in, it’s an easy way to forget about you and be all about others.

But what good are you if you’re empty? You’re needed by them and others when you are full and able to give your best, not a half-baked or worn out version of you, you are short-changing us.

Others can make you exp happiness, but you have to be the one that brings joy to your life, outside what others do for you… Being proud of what you are doing and service you give helps. So I see the trap when your kids are younger, but when they got older it’s not going to last… So please work on this ASAP

Time Over Speed

The time you put in is more important than the speed that you do it all in.

All thee diets, detoxes encourage you to lose weight fast, and you’ll see results. For some of you, you’ll see it and think that you’ve done it… Then you’re shocked when it’s short-lived.

This is why I don’t have any diets & opt for healthy meal plans that are long-lasting and not short term based.

As it equals weight loss overtime that you won’t get back again, you add this with coming to my site each week, to learn what’s what… How can you still fail ?

All this crash dieting, fasting (Obs not Ramadan) and surgery got you thinking you can shortcut weight loss. The easy part is losing, the hardest part is to keep it off!

For that you need a lifestyle change and to know what it is you’re eating and drinking, to work out and what you’re doing. All this in your 30’s and 40’s will be harder, but worth it, I’m telling you.

What makes me smile is when I see even older generations working out still 50’s 60’s 70’s etc & it’s like what’s your excuse on the video lmao!

Weight Loss Is Not Everything

It doesn’t matter if you’re slim or nah, that does not mean you’re healthy.

That’s just one point to you, mental health is another, your chances of catching many diseases is another, your Di Nutrition is another, genetics another & your sleep you get more often than not all count too.

It’s important you know this now, because you don’t want to be an older thinking in this foolish way you know.

Outside Please

Just because you have a family does not mean you stop going outside! You’re very aware of nature, and it’s benefits for your health, right? So apply what you’ve learned over the years and go outside more, catch some rays & be at one with nature.

If you kept that same energy you do when your kids are young, and you’re all at the park, you’d be alright! I’m not saying you have to go to the park, but what I’m saying is use that same energy you had for yourself and go walk, not every trip outside means you have to go in a car.

If slow down, we will find so much more about ourselves, vs just rushing around and feeling soulless.

Drink Your Water

You’re grown AF, it’s time to stop playing about! Stop acting like some kid and drink up, you already know how important it is for weight maintenance.

If we drank more of this over fizzy drinks and beer, you’d lose more weight & be healthier. You’re really choosing too what kind of old person you’ll be (I mean old, old!) a big one in a wheelchair or one that gets out of breath just to collect the remote.

I don’t want neither of them choices for you, but that matters not if you don’t care about it.

Think About The Long Term

Having short term goals are very important with the day to day living and all that great, but you must also consider

your longer term plans when it comes to weight loss.

This will make you work harder and smarter, for example how will me learning what to eat help me in my 30’s ?

How will losing weight now help me at 87 years old ?

How at 40 will me going out for more walks help me at 50 ?

These are type of things you must be thinking about, it will help you to stick to your smaller goals, as you’ll have these bigger ones in your mind at all times.

THAT’S IT!

I really enjoyed sharing this with you guys. Please do let me know though…
