I’ve been saying this for the longest time you need to be drinking water daily.
The amount depends on where you are in the world, but I know one thing you pee must be clear like water.
If it’s bright your water aint right!
I hear a lot of how do I get it in, well one way is to have it with every meal.
After that you just work on drinking more.
We need to stop worring so much about going to the toilet also this is a lame ass excuse to not be drinking what your body needs daily.
It would be the worst if you ended up with kidney stones or something like that so make sure you’re drinking please.
Diets Suck!Eat Healthy Instead

I don’t have much to say on this other than, eating healthy should be for the rest of your life not just to lose an X amount of weight.
Or you’ll just always be in need all the while your body is getting sicker and breaking down.
I love all my Di1’s but I don’t want none of you hear long term with the same probs, year after year after year!
I want all of my Di1’s to be able to help themselves to a level where you here not because you need me, but because you just looking to sharpen your iron so to speak.
You Still Drinking Soda & Store Bought Juice!
The OG’s know how I feel about this one!
You will always be in problems when you are drinking soda and juice, weight gain, type- 2 diabetes, mental health probs the list goes on and on.
Sugar is bad for you, added sugar… this is one of the most fattening aspect of the modern day eating / drinking.
50 to 60 percent of children are at risk of obesity because of a daily serving of sugar.
I’m talking about fruit juices too as store bought one’s put to many fruits at once, which makes it unhealthy.
I cannot take you for anything but a joke if at this point you’re talking about health, but you drinking soda, you talking about weight loss..
& you’re eating sugary junk
That is like an insult to yourself and to whomever you’re speaking to, like I’m doing this, and I’m doing that and… STOP ITTTT!
The juice you may not of known you, you get a pass!
We all know about soda, so if you’re still drinking it and expecting one you will lose weight and keep it off & two you will not have any other health problems…
Which will be linked to your can/ bottle drinking…
You’re crazy & you need to be taught a lesson for taking your health for jokes deadass!
I’ve seen it time and time again, let’s hope the exp will humble you if you choose to ignore what I’m saying.
You need to be increasing your awareness of what you’re putting in your mouth.
So you might want to write down what you eat like I do in a diary, so you’re on top of what you ate, thus you can make improvements or adjustments for your health.
Another way is you could take pictures of your meals, that you can look at… so when you feeling down…
Or just like I’m not doing this and that, you can check your pics and be like…
I’m really tripping here yes I am, look at what I just ate and have been eating like 3 months ago!
Just because I never had a salad today don’t mean I’m not eating healthy, I know you can all do this!
Keep Healthy Food Around You
You have your phone and your keys, but what about your healthy food ?
Don’t wait for it to be trendy for you to be carrying water and healthy food around with you, it may not ever come!
Do what is best for you and have it on you, you may not know this but when you’re feeling hungry it’s already too late!
Your belly is already eating all the fat and is replacing it by eating you up so to speak LMAO, you need to be eating before your belly turns in to the royal rumble!
Whole fruits, nuts if you can eat them, yoghurts etc these type of food along with some water really will help you.
I know you can all do this too!
