Now more than ever, consumers are very health conscious, so I want to make you aware of how to do it & do it smart.

Also, the tricks the food manufactures try to play on you, as it’s like the Wild West, many so-called healthy items are just processed and unhealthy to consume.
They Claim A Lot Of B.S Watch Out!
Just like with human beings, they can say one thing to your face, but another behind your back.
Β
The labels are just the same, always check the back and read the labels.

The front is just trying to lure you in, so you can buy the product, get out of the mindset of well it says this or that on the front, it’s a front, and they lie… A lot! another way to put it to you is like this..

The front is what the company wants to let you know, the back is what they have to tell you, Which 9 times out of 10 they don’t, or pray you don’t have a clue, about if it’s good or not, by the numbers & the name of the ingredients.
Look Into The Ingredients List
I know it sounds long and hard, but really ask yourself this…

Are you aware of what is in your food that you buy to eat?

I’m not talking about kind of knowing, I’m talking to the letter here??

This is what looking at the back of the label does for you, the first ingredient is what the manufacturer used a lotΒ of, that’s why it’s at the top.
Β
Now when looking at the back of the labels, be sure to scan the first three ingredients, as this makes up the biggest part of what you’re eating.
Β
If you see the first three ingredients have stuff like refined grains, added sugar, hydrogenated oils, salt drop that product ASAP!

Also, if a list of ingredients is longer than two or three lines, it would normally suggest the product you are buying is highly processed.

Real food does not need a long list of ingredients, and with all words you don’t even know… That’s lab trash for you!
