Timing Vs Speed when it comes to weight loss is an epic battle, but there is only one winner when they face off against each other.
So what makes me laugh so much is how in this day and age we are still backing the wrong one for the win, even though it always loses.
So this is just getting you to back the winner and to leave the loser, so that you can be the healthiest version of you that you can.
Speed seems to attract us when it comes to weight loss because it frees up our time, and if we can just do what we don’t want to really do for a while it will be all over the end!
If we don’t bother to read the small print, what can happen to you?
If I just run out in the middle of a motorway and don’t even look what will happen to me?
Speed used wrongly will get you killed and not kill the foe.
This how these wolves selling you all kinds of pills and powders are running it up, because I must do XYZ & in the short term, and then I will be happy.
How happy can one be if you end up even worse than you started?
It makes 0 sense and I hope you can see that, your health is for life not your play thing that you can do whenever and expect to be healthy.
Just like your mood you’re not going to feel on top of the world if all you do is listen to music that makes you sad all the time, or read things that put you in a fearful mood.
As a whole we need to slow down, and learn, pick up gems, apply to our lives and then over time you will see the change in your body.
When you have been abusing your body for years you have no right to demand instant results, comparing yourself to others who have been putting in the work for years.
You should not even be comparing either, but it needs to be said when it comes to weight loss or weight gain what you put in you get back! (Read that fire again!)
So it’s clear that timing beats speed!
Timing you must start at the right time which is at 18:… I’m just kidding!
The time is always right now!
In the present where you stand, to get moving as every step counts, everything you eat and drink counts, quality of sleep and hours counts.
The best things in life take time and this is one of them. When you have time which is worth more than money, you can learn about what you’re putting in your mouth…
The best ways to work out that you will enjoy and stick with & enjoying the journey of health for what it is.
Speed is give me, give me, give me & you don’t have the clue about what is going on other than the result.

Try keeping that weight without messing up and staying to what got you to the dance & then advancing yourself up.
There are levels to this & when you stop whizzing around looking for quick fixes and stupid ass-diets that are short term, you’ll wake up and see it for what it is.
I don’t know if time heals all but I know time heals your body and makes you lose weight and affords you the space to gain knowledge, so you will never gain again if you don’t wish too.
