We should all be eating fruit every single day with no skips my Di1’s.
So here are some top fruits to be eating always, along with some you may already eat.
Avocado is so different from the other fruits really.
Most fruits are very high in carbs for instance, whilst avocado are really low in carbs and have many healthy fats.
The fat that is in avocado is oleic acid and monounsaturated fat linked to reducing inflammation and better heart health.
The healthy fats, avocados are loaded with potassium, fiber and magnesium.
Grapefruit is a very healthy citrus fruit indeed.
Any good source of minerals and vitamins is known to aid weight loss and reduce any insulin resistance.
Eating grapefruit has been shown to reduce cholesterol levels and help prevent kidney stones.
I know some of my Di1’s have suffered from this so please start eating grapefruits ASAP!
Pineapples are of course tropical fruits, that as a whole we should be eating way more of.
It provides us with vitamin C manganese & bromelain, along with some enzymes which are very good for our digestion of protein…
Because they have anti-inflammatory qualities.
It also 70 percent certain that it prevents cancer and tumor growth… Still more test will have to be done on that one though.
Ngl here but how good does pineapple taste? like come on guy’s/girl’s we need to be eating these the taste is to die for!

Apples as I’ve touched upon before on here are very popular fruit indeed.
It’s high in fiber, vitamin C, potassium & vitamin B & K the latter having way more!

All I will say is on here that it’s also good bacteria for your gut and helps improve digestion a ton.
Mangoes are fab for your vitamin C source if you never knew.
They also contain soluble fiber, which can provide many health benefits also.
They have a strong antioxidant along with anti-inflammatory qualities that help with the risk of disease.
Blueberries are very healthy for you.
They have fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K & manganese.
Blueberries are so high in antioxidants too.
They contain more antioxidants than most of the fruits we all know and love.
It reduces heart disease, diabetes and Alzheimer’s.
Blueberries are known for their powerful effects on the immune system too.
