The Step By Step Breakdown Of Weight Loss & What Not To Do To See You Win

Feeling eager to know when to expect to see results when losing weight?

Do you even know whether what you’re losing is from fat or just muscle or water weight?

Are you unsure about weight loss/weight gain process?

Well I’m going to be explaining to you about all of these below, let’s get it!

Weight Loss & It’s Stages

To be clear, you either have an early weight loss, in which case you lose a lot of weight very rapidly, then followed by a longer period of weight loss.

Or a slow weight loss, where everything happens very slowly… Both lose, and that is what gets missed a lot of the time.

This is why I say don’t quit too soon, most of you are only aware of the rapid weight loss, and not the slow weight loss, you get wrapped in it’s taking too long, and are far too impatient, expecting instant results, when you have put in very little work.

Yes, very little is 6 to 12 months! That’s nothing compared to the time you have been on this earth/abused your body, if you can take that and put that on you…

You will understand and feel better, than just looking to rush, as even with the rapid weight loss, that’s because you’re new and then later on it gets slow.

At this point many quit as they think, they are doing something wrong, but they are not aware, so I’m going to talk about the stages in more depth below, I’m just setting the scene here lol.

Weight Loss That Is Rapid Breakdown

When you first start to loss weight, many of us tend to lose weight the most at this point, as I said before up top you’re new, there will never be a time again, when it will be easier to lose weight or you lose that weight so fast, so embrace it!

You’ll notice your appearance a lot faster, cloths will actually fit you, and you will feel really good, this will happen for the first 4 to 6 weeks.

Most of the weight loss at this point comes from carb stores, protein and water, and even body fat (Not that much though).

Other factors come into play with your weight loss too on how rapid you lose weight, your gender, age, starting weight, level of P.E, it all adds up.

For example, men are more likely to lose weight at a rapid pace than women, older adults may lose weight quicker than younger ones, but some of that will be muscle loss.

If you’re bigger, and you work out more frequently…

That is a perfect combo to lose weight at the quickest speed, as a starter.

Weight Loss That Is Slow Breakdown

Weight loss, that comes at a slower pace, is normally because it comes from your body fat.

So we are talking about 6 weeks and above to see any sort of change.

In this type of weight loss, you will experience a weight loss plateau, which means you will see next to no change in your weight loss.

Don’t get me wrong, you can have the same for the rapid one too, but that’s over a longer time, as you’ll have to switch things up in your routine, just to be clear.

Back to slow weight loss though, the weight loss plateaus are a metabolic adaptation that just decreases your metabolism along with the number of calories you burn when you work out.

This is why many diets do not work out, as for one they are short term, it’s a lifestyle change is what you need in what you consume for life.

Not just a quick fix for this time frame and then go back, you’re eating things for the long term you have no plans on eating again, which means you end up either going back to your old ways and getting bigger than you were before you were on the diet…

Or for most of you who are wasting your time on a diet, end up quitting as you cannot handle the amount of restricts the diet has put on you.

You see the body will go where the mind follows, if you’re not going to clear up your act on what you eat, you’ll be on this diet thing for the rest of your life, or just quit and end up obese/overweight.

Diets are not long term plans, so why are you on them?  If you cannot eat those foods for years/ the rest of your life, you should not be on it at all.

This is like putting petrol in a car, and it’s expecting to last forever, and you only went to the station for 90 days!

Are you only planning to be alive for the next 90 days?

If you agree that health is wealth, and care about being healthy, then you will agree it’s not just what you eat, but what you consume in your mind, and a lot of the stuff towards real food from the ground is negative and not helping you…

Even though, these foods and drink will aid your health, and put you in a place where you are the healthiest version of yourself!

As I said though it starts from the mind, don’t be like the average guy or girl with this poor mindset, you’re better than that, or you would not be here right?

Weight Loss Vs Fat Loss Breakdown

They are not the same at all, weight loss for example refers to a decreased overall body weight, which is stored from carbs, protein, water & fat.

Fat loss only refers to weight loss from fat.  Maintaining muscle is important for supporting your mobility as you age, blood sugar levels etc.

Also, your average scale cannot tell between weight loss or fat loss, you can increase your chances of weight loss in the form of eating plenty of protein and creating a calorie deficit, by doing P.E often.

Weight loss Maintenance Strategies

Getting to your weight loss goals is the easy part!

The maintenance  part is the key, to whether you will be able to last or not.

Did you know that most that lost weight via going on a diet, lost the  weight that they wanted within 2 years, then by 5 years, they have regained the weight they lost again by 85 percent?!

This is why I talk about lifestyle change, and your mindset needing to change, backed up with an actual purpose, to be doing it in the first place, that is not just a surface level reason.

I have a 10-week Di Body Ready & Confident Workout & Meal Plan (Click Here) this will help with your mindset and give you the right food to get you going.

Also, I may add that, this is all food, that be used over and over again, as many of my Di1’s have gone way longer than the 10 weeks, and seen great results.

Also, the Di Maintenance plan which can be found… (Click Here) This is for those of you who have lost weight, and are looking to keep maintenance of that.

This is not a game to me, your health and your life matters to me, I want you in the best shape, to keep that & living your best life.

I want all this for you more than some  people that are your blood, or you really know since a kid! If you feel my energy then invest your time, energy, money…

On what your energy is telling you to do right now….

& we out!

THAT’S IT!
