Greasy Foods are found all over the place from fast F
ood Garbage places to Schools, and even your own Home.
The majority of these are fried or cooked with too much oil & the wrong type of oil (Click Here) .
This includes Chips, Crisps AKA Potato chips (4 Da Us Gang Gang), poorly made Pizzas, Doughnuts, Poorly made Burgers etc.
Now all these items I just mentioned are high in calories, salt, fat and refined carbs.. but have low or 0 vitamins/ minerals and fiber.
Greasy foods have negative effects on your body and health in both the now and the long term.
So with that being said here are some of the Greasy foods and their replacement for you to try below.
Instead of going to these Fast
foods Garbage joints, how about making your own burgers instead at home.
All you would need is some lean Beef or if you don’t eat meat then go veggie or vegan.. just don’t go the fast garbage route.
All you would need then is the lettuce or whatever veg you want to put in it and a whole grain bun easy!
Instead of heading to the fast food joint, try making your own burgers at home with ground beef, lettuce, and whole grain buns.
Chips are so simple all you need is a bag of potatoes.
Peel them and cut them into strips, I prefer to do that then buy oven baked potatoes as I believe they’re still trash.
What I recommend you do also to switch things up if you get bored of the taste of potatoes is to use other root vegetables instead of potato
Like parsnips, carrots or my fav Sweet potatoes.. you got options.

For Pizza I always encourage you to make your own, because it’s really fun to make alone or with a loved one and it’s so much healthier.. it’s something when you get into the habit of making it, you’ll want to buy take out less when it comes to Pizza.. trust me when I tell you, you’ll magically start having ingredients you never knew you even had and auto make it and find the time when you think you have none!
Everything you need can be found freshly made at the shops from the crust to the homemade dough to the tomatoes and vegetables and lean meats to the cheese.
Which means less grease and more yummy and healthy for your tummy.
I’m not a fan of crisps at all as they are straight trash.. but I am aware that most of you still love them and find it hard to put down especially Cheetos & Pringles.
Instead there are many alternatives such as baked Kale, Seaweed and green bean crisps for you to try out instead.
Fish From The Chippy
Fish is very healthy for you.. just not when it’s covered in batter and fried YUCK!
Instead how about baking your fish, grilling your fish pan-seared even, add that with some salad and baked veggies and you’re good to go.
Pissed I’m even mentioning this piece of crap some of you still put in your mouths.. but hey I’m here to help.
If you like sweet stuff you don’t have to eat this crap, especially if you are here to lose weight/ become healthier the best version of you right?
Instead try eating some sweet fruits, Pineapples, Mangos, Oranges, Apples, Raisins etc, come on I know you know better so let’s start doing better today and drop the Doughnuts and switch for this.
