Today I wanted to talk about the five berries your body needs!
Just in case you do not know berries are very soft & small fruit that are round and come in mostly blue, red or purple.
They can be sweet, or they can be sour when you eat them, you don’t have to be unhealthy and eat them preserved in Jams or desserts…
It’s such a waste that way.
What I would do instead is eat them fresh as they are, they’re packed with vitamin C, fiber & antioxidants.
They also help with keeping out chronic diseases.
Now of course they’re more than just these five, but these are all the ones that I know we can all start eating more of ASAP..
So below are the ones that I know you’ll eat & improve your health.
Goji Berries
Goji berries have become very popular in the west, but it originally came from China & was used in traditional medicine years ago.
They boost blood antioxidant levels, help with weight loss & have high levels of vitamin A in them…
Which is vital for eye health if you did not know.
Blueberries
Blueberries are packed with vitamin K and contain antioxidants along with improvements with the heart health lowering your bad LDL cholesterol in your blood.
They also lower your chances of getting a heart attack as they improve your arteries with consistent consumption.
Also, if you’re looking to get off being a type 2 diabetic or just want to lower your chances of getting diabetes then eating blueberries is the way to go.

Raspberries
Raspberries have a load of fiber in them & contain antioxidant polyphenols which helps reduce stress levels.
They are red, but they’re also black too and those are better for heart health & reduce inflammation.
So I hope you Di1’s don’t sleep on the Raspberries & start eating more of these from now on.
Strawberries
Strawberries are well known and most likely the most consumed berries on earth but more importantly the best source of vitamin C a berry can provide.
They’re very good for your heart health, reduce inflammation & of blood sugar level control which is important for preventing diabetes in the first place.
This is also great for those that are at a higher risk of getting oesophageal cancer, which if you don’t know is a hollow muscular tube that’s responsible for moving food from the throat to the stomach.
Oesophageal cancer can occur when a malignant tumor forms in the lining of the oesophageal.
Grapes
Grapes are great they can be eaten whole, just in the skin alone is a great source of antioxidant.
It can lower both blood pressure & heart rate, it tastes so good too, and I believe many of you enjoy eating them…
So let’s all do our best & eat them as often as we can, they are so good to snack on during the day for sure.
Also, If you did not know grapes when dried, they become raisins & it’s been proven that if you eat them at least 3X a week…
It can reduce certain types of cancers & again it tastes so goood!
