The oil that we choose to use is very important day to day, it’s actually a lot more complex than you think too as the main oils that we are told are healthy really are not for the most part.
But this is about the top ones we can use day to day, of course there are much more, but I want to set you up with three that you can use and rotate if you wish.
Extra Virgin Oil
I think we all know about this one, but I feel like it’s still slept on.
Extra virgin oil has more of it’s natural health benefits left in it, so it is better than olive oil for you.
For me, it’s the number one because it’s so healthy to the point where you can lit drink it!
This is the oil that is high in antioxidants and is used in the Mediterranean, and they swear by it that it gives them extra time on earth! It helps lower blood pressure, blood clotting, reduces inflammation & is an Alzheimer’s preventer to name a few. This is a must in your kitchen!
Although not better than extra virgin oil, it’s still very good its own right.
Again, it’s an oil that you all know about, and is use all across the world.
It’s a great source of vitamin E, which acts an antioxidant, which is fantastico!
The fatty acid in olive oil is monounsaturated, which is good… which can help against anti-inflammatory and prevent LDL (Bad) cholesterol.
So again instead of using veg oils and seed oils which are crap and unhealthy! These two alone will set you up in real health… Not that fake, Ish.
Coconut oil, now I only put this one on here because I wanted to mix it up, avocado oil is great too…
But I went with the coco (No Snowfall… Pause).
This really helps with weight loss and heart health, so although they’re healthier options than coconut oil for weight loss, this helps a lot.
