The base of anything that you’re trying to achieve that is worth having takes patience, it takes even more when you have it and you are looking to keep it.
I want to zero in on that, as there is way too much negative info about the pain you feel after you’ve directly worked out so don’t do it, short term minded view points about health & fraudulent weight loss/ gains that have got you mentally dejected & physically going for the remote and skipping workout day.
Exercise in itself is all about moving and making your muscles work so that your body can burn calories, right ?
For many of you in this world right now, there are many types of workouts you can do for your fitness level, not all of those equal sweating buckets of water, but every one of them keeps your body ticking over and gets you stronger right ?
So this is all about the benefits if you choose to workout & keep on going with it, with the only cut off point being you’re no longer on earth anymore!
It’s time we got to this point, or forever you will keep going back to the same place that you hate so much, that has got you unable to look yourself in the face and body and to be in love with what you see.
To feel like you did and do your best each time, too many quitters telling you to throw in the towel before you even started & It will cost you the vehicle that is your body.
How are you going to win if you’re taking advice from those that quit on themselves, let alone their health, daily?
It’s that deep! As you’ve got to watch out who you are taking info from & protect your heart/ mental health, you’ll find those that are saying don’t bother working out or just negative in general, lack these two, so it’s little wonder they neglect the body too.
These jesters will give you all that they have, which is their cap ‘n bells & some bitter jokes to mock those that are going for what they want.
I’ve turned working out into a habit & below are just some of the benefits that come with that.
It Can Change Your Mood/Outlook
It’s well known that working out improves your mood and decreases feelings of depression and anxiety, plus stress!
There are parts of your brain that regulate stress and anxiety and working out changes that, the hormones’ norepinephrine & serotonin, ease the feelings of depression.
Your endorphins are increased too, which helps you feel more positive and reduce your feelings of pain.
It’s not about your workouts being intense either, your mood can be lifted just by knowing that you’re doing something healthy for your body, when you do it you feel uplifted.
You may find also that your whole outlook changes on how you see the world, when you stick to working on your body.
What you choose to fuel yourself with, how you look at sleep, just everything will change for you when you make this a habit.
If your outlook is doom and gloom, don’t just bring an umbrella with you, start laying bricks to build shelter.
Weight loss & Weight Gain
Of course, this is the one that is most spoken about. You already know this, but to know means nothing if you don’t do it…
Then do it, and then do it again!
Weight loss is not rock science nor is weight gain, but it takes a lot of time, patience, heart, mental strength and self-discipline.
It’s not easy, only if your mind is wired to think it should be this or that… It’s not; this is what it is… What are you willing to do about it to reach your goal?
It’s easy to work with all that I listed above, no matter how long it takes…
The work is being done, and you did it again and again…
That’s easy work.
Your lack of patients don’t change that, If I built a house, but it took 2 years to build that does not equal hard work as in (Oh no this is so hard) it just means that’s how long I’ll wait until my house is done and won’t fall on me, lol.
The main part is not easy or hard, it’s work!
So long as you’re doing that over and over and over again, then over and over and over again… You’ll do it, for sure!
Bones & Muscles
Working out plays a key role in building your bones and muscles.
You want them strong, when I say this also, please don’t think I’m just talking about having big muscles.
I’m talking about within your body it being strong and not breaking down (Right, we understand each other)
When you use your own body weight or lift weight etc, you can really build up your muscles and even more so with getting your protein etc.
When we workout the hormones produce your muscles to absorb amino acids that help them grow and makes it a little harder to breakdown than the last.
As we age though we lose muscle mass and function, this means we are more likely to get an injury…
As we see with elderly more often than not, point being with regular exercise you can reduce muscle loss and maintain strength as you age.
You don’t want osteoporosis (Bones get weak) so start working out even if you’re young, so you are less likely to catch this osteoporosis later on in life.
Energy level Booster
You workout your energy levels will go through the roof, point-blank period.
When you are doing this all the time, you will not only feel better, but you will increase your cardio and feel less fatigued.
So it’s not just you’re feeling in a better mood after you’ve worked out, your energy bar is increasing each time that you choose to workout.
When you have a high level of energy, you do not need to be drinking such rubbish like red bull or lucozade…
Like some druggie looking to feel a rush inside, LMAO! Instead, your energies are high, you feel good, you look better etc.
The Sleep Is So Much Better
Sleep is just so much better when you’ve worked out.
You put so much energy into your workout you feel sleepy, this is good news.
Then your body can do its job, which is to rebuild you much stronger than when you woke.
This is even more important for adults, as many overtime are affected by some form of sleep disorder.
Hurts A Lot Less
Chronic pain sucks, but working out can help reduce the pain.
Low back pain, shoulder pain and so on, if you do nothing and just sit it really just hurts.
If you find ways to work on them, you’ll see more change than just not doing anything at all.
Even if you don’t have chronic pain, your body will not break down with injuries as often.
That’s one of the points of working out, you’re less likely to get hurt via an injury than
if you don’t workout at all.
Of course, it does not mean you cannot get hurt by working out, but it reduces and that’s a W in my book, no?
I really enjoyed sharing this with you guys.
Please do let me know though…
