The 36th Law Of Health: CR7 Longevity

Today is Cristiano Ronaldo’s 36th Birthday, so I would like to first of all  say…

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CRISTIANO!!!!!

You know I always had in my mind that I would make something for him because even though I am a Culer!

I respect his hard work & dedication to the game of football but more so to his health.

So even though he is an elite athlete I believe there is a much bigger message in all of this, athlete or not.

So I’m going to explain some things I believe about him & I really hope it helps you.

From Nothing Into Something

It’s easy to have a dream when we are young and don’t know a lot about the world, as kids we believe all kinds of thing that sound crazzzzy!

Out of the box thinking & all of that, those dreams we then wake up with that same dream and try to do something to get towards it…

You know as a goal or something, you might not be at the point yet where you even know about a goal (depending on your age) but the point being you’re trying.

Are insides are innocent & pure and we take that same approach onto the outside and then BAM!

As we get older we see, hear and feel from others who have become scared, bitter, angry & very negative towards your dreams because they gave up on theirs!

It would have been so easy for him to have given up & just count on all the things he did not have… As he came from a poor background of poverty.

He could  have said I don’t have the food, money, or what it takes… Not Cristiano

He kept working and working on himself, practice, practice, practice every day.

Even on the days when life hurt and sucked, he never gave up on him (Which I’ll talk about more later)

However old you are it’s never too late to look at your health and see that It needs a change, you don’t have to become a bitter person or someone who just says that’s it I quit.

We all know a person that does this I urge you not to be that person and to start again if you have given up any hope at all.

What You Say To Yourself Matters!

This is not just something you sometimes do or say as and when you feel like it…

If you’re going to have swirling thoughts inside your head is it not better for them to be positive and ones of love and respect for yourself?

No matter what is going on in your life, as much as you can every sec of your day speak positive about yourself, show yourself love.

I can tell you there is no way Cristiano   has never said anything negative about himself… he is human, but you can tell his dominating thoughts are…

As what we think about most comes to light in our words to others, actions and deeds.

We know that we hear from others is a danger, but I feel like what we tell ourselves is even more of a danger as we live with us all the time!

PMA positive mental  attitude this is something Cristiano has in bags which also builds up his self-worth, love for others and his view on life & how he fits in the world around us.

Others will say that is cocky, and he is vein & oh who does he think he is… well the question is clear CRISTIANO!

Things are a lot more straight forward when you remember who you are, not just by name but what comes with it… as you’re 1/1 but acting like your pound land of somebody else.

Or just seeing yourself as nothing and I can’t do this, and I can’t do that…

Say that enough times what you think will happen?

In the 36th Law it states “We must always speak well about ourselves’s and not be too harsh on us”

You won’t find perfection in anything you do & you’ll always need some improvement but what is so wrong with that?

All the hang ups you have in life that you think are ugly ask yourself why is that?

Then go ask someone else about it, you know that loves and respects you and listen to what they tell you.

This is an inside job, and we hurt ourselves daily by feeding into this b.s.

What we think about after all is what we become!

 All You Need Is One

Ok so you’ve got this dream and this goal, you’ve been doing whatever you can..

It’s just you don’t know WTF you’re doing and need help.

First off all asking for help/ looking for help is a strength, to think otherwise is really silly.

This is something I see a lot in men than women but yeah don’t be so proud that you never ask for help.

I feel everyone who just wants to things on their own, but we cannot do lit everything  on our own..

There is just too many things we don’t know or are the gatekeeper off and we are designed to help each other.

I’m all for ownership of course and doing you, but don’t be one of these guy’s / girl’s who wants to control everything.

You’ll just remain small and your dream or goal will not come true.

In order for Cristiano  to even make it in football he needed a lot of help.

No matter how many hours he put in playing football, along with some of his God gifted abilities he would never of made it without his…

Mother’s will, siblings care, Late father’s wish ect.

That’s one thing to make it, but to stay when you have achieved your goal can be tough let alone excelling to new heights that not many can reach!

When you have that one person that believes in you, will help you, will spend all of their time to help you make your own dreams and goals come true..

PLEASE HANG ON TO THAT PERSON!!!

In this world as you may already know a lot of others don’t want to see you win, because it will mean you’re doing better for yourself and they may not be up to nada you feel me?

So all you need is that one person for whatever it is that you want, for you Di1’s I know it’s all about your health & I’m here to say that if you do not have anyone..

That is just not the case because you have me!

Reach out to me if you’re stuck let’s talk about it, and let’s see what we can do together.

Someone Will See Your Effort

Yes  Cristiano  has won loads of awards!

I’m not here to really talk about them (If you know you know)

My point being the only reason why he is up for them is because he turns up!

Every day of this man’s life he has worked on himself and his play, he started and did not stop.

Consistency is key to achieve anything, & I know CR7 mandem know that he love this word consistency SIIIIIII?!

When you are being consistent in what you do and doing it well, the eyes and ears that need to see and listen it will get to them!

You just need to focus on you keep working smart working hard on your mindset and the attention from others will come in many forms.

The main point is not to be doing this for the trophy let’s call it, because it’s fleeting..

As quick as it comes is as fast as it will go, it’s the lessons in the journey you need to be taking note of.

The struggle is the best part even though it doesn’t feel like it at the time.

This is why when you love something or even someone, it is easy not to get unmotivated because it really does not matter…

Like a kid you cling on to your desires, goals, hopes & dreams…

As nothing can stop you right ?

Respect Your Body Respect The Game

This is my fav thing about Cristiano to be honest with you and makes him stand out from the rest in my eyes.

We all know what pro sportsmen and women should do, in terms of the aftercare process and before game time in terms of what they put into their bodies.

It’s just how many really do it for real?

Without anyone looking in their own space, how many can say they don’t eat junk food and drink beer and all that?

I’m not saying no names, but you all know his ex teammate who did not look after his health right? & others  we can think of now.

Footballers who abuse their bodies and pay the price because they never will or have a chance of being on the level of Cristiano.

As they do not see that what you eat and drink fuels you thus they become basic or pound land version of somebody else.

Of course, it’s not just all about what you eat and drink when it comes to football or any sport really, but it gives you  no real hope… it’s like taking a knife to a gun fight.

He is a rare breed in his chosen field where he looks after his body, cares about what he puts inside and just does everything he can so when he gets on to the pitch he can do his very best.

For that reason I respect him because his being doing this for years!!!!

The game has shown its respect back by given him a longer shelf life of playing time, still plays and is captain of his national team which is Portugal.

Whilst most of the others who are around his age group are retired & looking like they’re in their 50’s already!

I see that for many of you that are struggling with your health, that you want that respect for free.

It’s just not how it goes, when it comes to being healthy it’s lit everything you put in you get back.

If you’ve been working your butt off for the last month, congrats I’m really happy for you buttttttttt

The bigger picture is that’s no time to be asking for no respect from the game, when you’ve not put in years into the game.

The audacity/ entitlement is crazyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!

Slow your roll & put in the work over and over again, if you’ve never even pushed past your limits…

SHUT UP!

You need to drop the ego and humble yourself, you’re a guest in this… how dare you pull up to my place

Telling me you should have a type of body you never worked long enough for.

Respect your body respect the game!

THAT’S IT!

I really enjoyed sharing this with you guys. Please do let me know though…
