 We constantly talk to ourselves inside our head, & what we say to ourselves matters.

 

It shapes our attitude and mindset, what we do and do not do.

 

 It shapes how we see the world & of course how we see food.

 

So this is all about self belief and how that pours into what you eat.

 

Self Belief Unlocks The Doors

Self Belief Unlocks The Doors When you really invest time (Our highest currency) to mindfully speak to yourself inside your head you can really change your outlook.

 

When you say bad things, you’re more than likely to think bad things, when say and think bad things the chances are you are going to be in a bad mood, which then downpours into everything including what you eat.

 

You choose this often it will become the norm, and you will go to foods that are really not helping you improve your mood, they’re making it worse until you wonder when was the last time i was happy?!

 

 

Not the fake smile but inside I’m hurting, I’m talking really happy to your core & happy with your present state at the moment?

 

 

Which is all that is really real anyway, as the past is history & the future has not happened, thus neither exist but the present moment.

 

 

 The lesson I believe a lot of you need to learn is that if you’re in a bad mindset, this is moody, negative, angry, sceptical, hating… You cannot switch to being in a good mood by just thought, & thought first.

 

 

You must first speak to yourself in a positive way, which  starts by you respecting yourself & stop beating yourself up about all the things you deem wrong in your life.

 

 

Like the saying goes, if you don’t believe in yourself, nobody else will!

 

How can you believe in you if you only speak negative things, how can you think of positive things about others and the world, if you only think of the worst in every trail of thought that you have about you or those you don’t like?

 

 

Those that of us that believe in ourselves don’t waste our days focused on those we don’t like, speaking badly of ourselves, hating on others or just being a person that you yourself would hate to meet.

 

 Stop looking to think positive and good thoughts first, and start by talking to you better and watch how the thoughts flow and flow and flow in the moment and in the long term, your outlook will change, and you’ll find things a lot better and less stressful.

 

 

You’ll find others are not all villains, it’s just your trust was taken advantage of & you suck at telling who is a real friend and who is fake…

When you have this self belief the doors will unlock, but you need to open what’s inside of  you first, those are your first port of calls..

 

The outside on the most part like what others say and do is not on you, you can work on that but the call is not in your hands on others reactions to you..

 

 So always inner doors first, ok ?

 

What’s Wrong With Buying Into Food?

We all act like we don’t buy into things, but we do it every day.

 

We all have branded cloths & products that are walking advertisements for companies.

 

These brands have been with us for so long it’s just the norm, you’re most likely using Google, I phone, Samsung, Firefox, Explore err bingo err Edge or whatever Microsoft one is called LMAO!

 

 

 I’m not bashing anyone for that, what I’m saying is we need to stop pretending like we can’t get got as we have been caught many a time, and use these branded products all the time like nothing.

 

 

 So-called foods that the billions of men, women and child consume daily, KFC, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Burger King etc are all brands that you’ve bought into now or at sometime in your life for a lot of you.

 

 

It’s a negative thing, it’s harmful for your body & it’s been brainwashed to you from a young age that it won’t hurt you.

 

 This is like if they were so brazen to spin you a line like… “Smoke today as smoking heals & saves lives” So what I’m getting at is what is so wrong with buying into eating food, as there is no two choices really & I only say it, so you know what I’m talking about mostly on here… real food, healthy food, fast food etc.

 

There is only food and the rest is trash.

 

Just because they packaging you trash, and you’re paying for it doesn’t make the food legit, because food is real… It’s food full stop!

 

Food that is fresh and from nature don’t need to oversee no label, it’s an auto consume for more life babyyyy.

 

 I would rather buy into something that is helping me, Is known to put humans in a better mood, and keeps me hospital/doctor often or even from being sick in bed a lot less if at all… Why would I not buy into that ?

 

It doesn’t taste good is another myth, we don’t just buy a laptop for example and have no widgets or extensions, apps now, do we ?

 

If you don’t like your greens dry, and you still eat it that way, that’s your fault.

 

As when we want our laptops to be lit and do what we want it to, we add and if that program does not work on our laptop, we don’t throw the laptop away and just look at the wall.

 

We look at our choices and choose the best ones, so of course in healthy eating there are top choices to choose from to make that dry salad nice, I dare you to dress your salad in top healthy opps and tell me it still doesn’t taste nice.

 

 Just like with water, there are many healthy ways to make your water taste not so plain, if you have an issue with plain water, if you choose not to, again it’s your fault & you’ll mostly find it’s your attitude that stinks…

 

Which links back to your mood, and what you say to yourself more often than not, these choices were the wrong ones in terms of doing the best for you & being mentally happy with yourself & where you are now and those in your life… Plus your purpose and so on.

 

 I would advise you don’t wait for the media to tell you to buy into healthy eating, as they want to encourage you for long, it will come and go until the next story comes along, that creates drama and strikes fear into you.

 

Also, your body may not have the time that you think that it does right now, so there is no better time than right now to buy into eating actual food & that starts with self belief that this is a good idea, and you can do this.
