You can workout all day long if you want, but you cannot out train a bad diet.
You want to lose weight, but are making poor choices in what you choose to consume, it’s a waste of time. When I say that, I’m talking about the sole goal of losing weight, not you working out (To be clear).
That’s all well and good, but we seem to be sleeping on sleep once again. If you’re doing everything but sleep, it’s a sad shame because that is your missing piece with your workout routine.
That is the final part, it’s like a lot of you do not understand how important sleep is, if you just put sleep in my search engine on the top of my site, I’ve talked about this so many times, stop trying to skip the cocoon phase of your transformation, or remain a caterpillar for life.
You choose. All that effort, pain and energy you are pouring into this goal to lose weight, and you are slacking on your sleep, I know a lot of you reading this are from a culture where we must be work, work, work, but when it comes to pausing to go to sleep you refuse!
I’ve been asked for many months now, what is it that I’m not doing to lose weight right, I bought this equipment that equipment, I took this, and I took that but nothing… So then I ask how many hours are you sleeping per night, It’s less than 8 hours or more than 12 Pfffft!
The last jigsaw piece is the sleep, and I understand it’s not all of you Di1’s, but a lot of you need to stop being so stubborn on your sleep, and get your 8 hours, if you need 9 then take it…
10 or above is too long, you can tell me I am fine with 7 or 12, I’m all about the long game, and from my exp with dealing with stubborn sleepers, these ones end up gaining weight and on some form of medication/ cannot sleep, and 12 becomes almost 15 and 1/2 hours!
This is not the way of someone looking to lose weight or be healthy, you got to make a choice, and stop kidding yourself.
S/O to all of the Di1’s, that have been dedicated this whole time, or have fallen and got back on their sleep routine, that have a sleep schedule and so on!
I am so proud of you! It fills me up with joy to know that your health has turned around, you made the choice, you took the leap, and now you are soaring!
I don’t really have much else to say about this.
I do however, want everybody that has stuck to their sleep schedule, and understands where I’m coming from to drop a comment below to push and inspire those that are behind or yet to start.
