Rainbow Eating Made Easy

We really need to be eating fruits and veg let alone a wide variety of fruits and veg!

Eat the rainbow is a sure way to know that you’re doing your bit for your body.

So I just want to make this as easy as I can make it for you Di1’s & talk about the gifts that come with it, once we are eating from the rainbow daily.

What Good Comes From Doing This?

It’s healthy for you as you already know, but what you may also want to take into account is this…

There many fruit & veg to try, you should already know the ones you like and dislike from the main ones that everybody knows about.

So in theory if you add fruits and veg that you’ve never tasted before, the chances are you will like some of them, and you can add them to the main ones you already eat, so you have more & your health goes up.

All fruit and veg give you so many vitamins & minerals let alone affect your mood for the better.

Also, that damn question you always ask yourself, I want to eat healthy, but where do I start?

If all fails, and you are lost fruit and veg will never fail you, I’m not saying that’s all you eat for dinner or lunch.

What I’m saying is that is a base for you to start on, for whatever you choose to eat…

Which is so much better than going to the local skip to purchase some fried wings, when you really did want to eat healthy but was stuck, you feel me?

Know Your Colours!

It’s like a team when it comes to the colours here, you know.. Blue/purple, red, yellow, Green and so on!

For example If I’m thinking about blue/purple and what it gives me, I know the following… Anthocyanins, fiber, manganese, potassium, vitamin B6, Vitamin K1, vitamin C.

But that’s just me!

You should really, really, really know what it does for you!

Anti-inflammatory

antioxidant heart

 health brain function

lowers type 2 diabetes

 & so on.

 Or green….

Anti-inflammatory

 Antioxidant

Lowers your risk of certain cancers & heart disease

Packed with hella fiber & so on.

I don’t eat blind, and neither should you…

This will help so much for knowing if you are sick or have problems sleeping, you know which fruit and veg you should be eating that will cut your issue in half.

Rather than needing pills for the rest of your life (Obs that is not for everybody depending on what’s up!)

How Do I Do This?

This is the best part it’s super easy & you may have done this before!

It’s just now about locking in on it and doing it daily, that’s the key right there.

All you have to do is add two to three rainbow coloured fruits and veg in your meals/snacks.

You don’t have to eat all of the colours in one day, nor do you have to eat the same colour everyday…

You do need to eat colours from the rainbow every day, or pay the price in the long run.

Super easy, so easyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy….

Have you got what it takes though?

I know that you do, don’t let yourself down now!

THAT’S IT!

I really enjoyed sharing this with you guys.

Please do let me know though…

Fav Fruit & Veg Colour ?

Are You Ready To Eat The Rainbow?

How Are You Feeling Today?

Until We Meet Again, Ciao

 We Look Up
