I wanted to make this as, vegan and vegetarian meals are very healthy for us, no doubt…
However, if not done correct could have a lack of protein in it, that is sufficient.
Not to worry though, as you do not need meat to get your protein, if you do not eat meat.
So ,I’m going to make a list of foods that a high in protein that you can eat, if you do not already.
Plant based food is here to stay, so I advise everyone to get on this, or be left like WTF… We don’t want that, be ahead of the game…
Not behind it.
Seitan (AKA Wheat Meat.. Ofc no meat is in it)
Sweet corn (Technically it’s a grain but w.e)
Guava (Not the jam or drink!)
You see there is plenty of them for you to have, due to the numbers on the list, I will not be going deep on them…
A lot of these though I’ve spoken about on their own, like Bananas, blackberries, nuts, oats, lentils etc.
This list is to help guide you into getting your protein in your meals & I hope it kick-starts your path on to plant based food or boost it, like oh I eat this, this and this already!
