We can never be too busy to eat healthy, if you think being out is an excuse you’ve come to the wrong place!
If your lifestyle is one where you are hardly home in gen, or up and down then you still must have on you healthy snacks.
Just like you’ve got your phone on you, you should carry a healthy snack, just like you have your lipstick in your bag you should have your water you feel me?
As once, you become hungry it’s already too late!
Your body starts to eat itself from the inside and eat away at your fat, you go and rush to any place as you’re hungry…
Then you see the bright colours of whatever trash place is selling you the cheapest trash & you go and eat it which is messing you up from your goal.

I see it all the time, so if you’re serious about your health and want to lose weight or just be healthy then here are some healthy snacks to have on the go.
Trail mix for those that don’t know is a combo of dried fruit and nuts…
I have no time to talk about chocolate on here; don’t eat that crap you already know what it is.
Moving on it’s a good source of protein and I suggest you throw in some almonds for your protein, it goes really well.
Other nuts that you could try are cashews or walnuts with the trail mix.
I love Greek yoghurt it’s a great snack to take out with you as it’s high in protein.
It’s way more filling than yoghurts with lower protein in it.
Greek yoghurt is great for calcium it’s very high and important for bone health.
Don’t want to eat it plain?
Why not throw in some berries in?
Bananas are very portable fruit and of course is very healthy for us to eat, and are an excellent source of potassium and have vitamin B6, fiber and carbs.
It’s so easy to carry around, so it’s one that is a must for me, it lowers blood pressure and protects the against heart disease and strokes.
Also is great before or after you do a workout so if you’re planning to work out outside make sure you choose banana.
Dried fruit are good to take a handful and put away to eat, to give you energy boost you know.
It gives you antioxidants in abundance.
It also tastes very nice, but I would not suggest take like a whole bag because eating too much at one time is not good for you.
I mean if you choose the trail mix, you could mix it up even more with the dried fruit, it’s really up to you.
What I mean is you have more choice with the dried pick than with the trail mix, just don’t go ham with it.
I would suggest dried fruit for anyone that is struggling with eating healthy and feels like they want to eat trash food as it’s way better obs.
