I just felt like the overall feeling of that was ok plain Greek yoghurt sounds nice but 1. “We’ve never tried that” & 2. “What ones would you recommend” ?
So I was like Aytttttttt.. I’ll make my top 3 Greek yoghurt DiAdvice Recommendations list that you should all go out and try.

Fage Total 2% came out on top taste wise for sure, it’s really smooth and rich in it’s texture.
I mean if I had to explain to someone what Greek yoghurt should taste like, I would give them this.
The others are nice and healthy too, but this one is as it should be and is more rounded than the two below.
Per serving: Calories 113/ Fat 3g/ Carbs 6g/ Sugar 6g / protein 20g / Sodium 65g.
Stonyfield Organic Plain Greek Yoghurt
This one is really good because unlike most of them Stonyfield is certified organic & taste really good too with not much sugar in it at all.
Per Serving: Calories 90/ Fat 0g/ Carbs 7g/ Sodium 0g/ Protein 15g
Chobani Gili Cherry Less Sugar Greek Yoghurt
This is a great choice if you’re looking to stop eating so much sugar & is
the best Yoghurt for breakfast for sure!
Per serving: Calories 110/ Fat 2.5 g (1.5 g of that sat)/ Carbs 10g/ Sugar 8g/ Sodium 50g / Fiber 0g/ Protein 12 g
