I’m sorry whattttttt?
This has me dying, so even though I never saw what was said, I can go off on the headline.
Caffeine addiction is real, and what I gather just on the headline, just like those that promote
drinking wine and dark chocolate, these are just things the writer cannot let go off, and wants
to cling on to.
It does not mean he is eating the dark chocolate for example, but it does mean he is still eating the
dairy one, so it’s the same here & it’s sad to see such rubbish being put, by someone who clearly
I want to break down the headline, as I want this to really sink in, if there is anyone out there like, “Yeah, what’s wrong with drinking it for a better workout?”
This is just for you, so hang on.
Those that drink caffeine, you do know it’s a drug, right ?
You drink this to keep yourself awake and alert, no ?
The only reason you got into drinking this was because you have a lack of sleep, or sleep badly, down to work, school, consuming many kinds of content into the late night & so on.
I don’t really hear of those that get their sleep in, going for caffeine on the most part, I would say 4/10 and if so it’s the colder caffeine drinks.
So then if we go by this logic, you need to not sleep, then rely on this caffeine like a crutch.
Or without, you cannot workout the best, Vs working on going to sleep and waking up at the same time everyday/nearly everyday?
If you were to sleep better, you would not even be drinking, you are drinking this because you lacked sleep, and this is your drug to keep you awake, if anything you are danger to yourself & to others, as a lack of sleep creates higher chance for you to be snappy or on fight mode to others, that’s anything from a fight to a row with someone/being rude to them.
