My Reaction To Brits Worrying About Not Getting Enough Nutrients In Their Diets

So brits are worried about not getting enough nutrients in their diets, sorry but wait..

Am I dreaming or what?

Let’s take a look at what has been said, and I will react to everything as I read it!

The concerning news is from a recent YouGov survey commissioned by the British Nutrition Foundation to support Healthy Eating Week. Healthy Eating Week is the Foundation’s flagship annual event between 12-16 June 2023, which provides free, evidence-led, age-appropriate resources to support healthy eating for every budget.

Oh I see, this was done in the summer then, and it’s one of those survey’s.. I do hope this is not a dull fest!

The survey revealed that 68% of people have changed their weekly shopping patterns due to the cost-of-living crisis. 26% of people now have concerns about being able to afford enough fruit and vegetables to ensure their family eats well.

Once again just like overseas, the goverment need to do more to ensure that food, which you would call  healthy food, it’s really just food, anything that is not, is trash, but anyway…

They need to make  sure that they do not overprice it, but also if it were to become cheaper that  you really do go out and buy it!

If the goverment truely cared, they would lower prices of food, and all this trash put that up to the high heavens, and those that want to still go out and buy it, can go ahead, then slowly start taking them out like a sniper one by one (THE TRASH NOT THE PURCHASER TO BE CLEAR) XD .

The ongoing crisis has also driven Britons to reduce key food items from shopping lists, such as fresh fruit and veg (17%), fresh fish (22%) and dairy products (13%).

The theme for this year’s Healthy Eating Week is therefore ‘For Everyone’ – as the British Nutrition Foundation believes everyone should have access to the knowledge and resources that support a healthy balanced diet.

Facts, everyone should, this trash that they be selling, becasue it causes slow death, it’s okay, but if we

take drugs it can kill us a lot faster, so it’s not okay, it’s B.S, both speed rates are not the same, but

the outcome is the same DEATH.. So I agree with what the message that the British Nutrition foundation believes, I hope they act too, not just talking about it.

During Healthy Eating Week, the Foundation will be offering simple, easy-to-implement tips that can help everyone toward a healthy sustainable diet. These age-appropriate resources can be used in schools and workplace settings and are based on 5 basic yet important elements:

  • Focus on fibre
  • Get at least 5 A DAY
  • Vary your protein
  • Stay hydrated
  • Reduce food waste

Resources include inspiration sheets with practical ideas, easy recipes, webinars, posters, school activities and more. All this is available to everyone who registers for Healthy Eating Week. Registrations are open and are free for all. To register for Healthy Eating Week, please visit https://www.nutrition.org.uk/healthy-eating-week/

Elaine Hindal, Chief Executive, British Nutrition Foundation said, “Having a healthy diet is essential for well-being and plays a key role in children’s growth and development. We believe everyone should have access to information that can help them make informed decisions about eating healthily. With our free resources, we are sharing tips and ideas that can be easily implemented – even with busy lives and in the context of cost-of-living pressures. The ideas are simple and easy, but using them consistently can make a big difference in our diets and lifestyle.”

Cool, It’s great to see them laying this out for the kids, but we also need to make sure that the ones with the money, the parents are up to speed, or it’s pointless, they want be able to make their own choices until they get older and buy their own meals, so the parents need to pratcie what they preach and be eating healthy too, for this to work, as they eat what they eat, and do what they do for the most part.

Also not just children, although it’s great to start their, but every human being, this is not a lil kids thing, this is a human being thing, from a week old to a 100 year old, why should they not be able to eat food.

Why should they be subjected to trash?

For the ones in the back that will state the obs, well they may want to eat that, like an addict that wants to take crack or drink themselves to death, you would not carry that same energy then would you ?

The only reason why it’s allowed is that the rate of speed of the death, and the money in it…

Healthy mind you see clear & become wise.
