Know This Before You Get Onto The Scales

If you are feeling down because you believe you’re doing everything right with your workouts, healthy food choices and just not the seeing the scale change…

Β

It may be that time to check on your fat percentage.

I don’t want to scare nobody but when you’re trying to lose weight, measuring your body fat is as important as measuring your overall weight.

Β

As exercise can build muscle too, the muscle mass that you have can make the number go up, thus you think you’ve put on fat when in reality it’s muscle mass.

Β

Stepping on the scales is a way to see if you’re losing any weight or not, but they are not without their mistakes either, but it’s an option to measure your body fat if you wish to.

Β

SoΒ  this is really about breaking it down & trying to get you to be at ease with the scales, as good as I can for you.

Β

So How Do The Scales Work?

Going on the scales is easy, I’m sure you’ve all done it before right?

As you know it measures both your body weight and your estimated fat percentage.

When you step on a scale a electrical current that is very tiny runs up through our legs and it measures the amount of resistance from all of our body fat.

Β

Body fat scales are easy to use. You simply step on the scale, and the tool measures both your body weight and your estimated fat percentage.

Β

Scales Good Points & Downsides?

The best thing about using scales is that you can measure your body fat in your own home without having to book a doctor’s appointment or nothing.

You just have to know that the scales are not accurate 100 percent!

This should never be the soul measurement of if you’re healthy or not…

Β

Any number can never do that for you on it’s own, just not how it goes.

Also, the scale does not take into account other factors like where you may have the body fat.

Scales are good for measuring your body fat, they just suck at painting the bigger picture…

Which has always been the fat to muscle ratio, so if you’ve felt down ever by going on the scale don’t…

You’ve never had the fullΒ Portrait to start with, you’re not a number…

Β

The issue with all of these measurements it thinks we are machines not human beings

That Di1’s Is not our fault or our Β problem!

Β

THAT’S IT!

Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β  I really enjoyed sharing this with you guys. Please do let me know though…
