It’s Ok Not To Feel Ok
Show yourself some compassion, you’re feeling this way for a reason…
Do not ignore it you’ve already taken the first steps by admitting that you’re feeling alone, rather than pretending that is ok to yourself.
Times have been crazy of late so if you’re feeling discomfort it’s normal, lost its normal or even more emotional it’s normal.
Things are tough right now granted, but it will all be ok as you know now that it’s not, so it’s the build up to you feeling whole again… No matter how long it takes we getting it!
You’re Not The Only One
Everyone else on this big blue earth has felt this at some stage or another before, more than once too.
There is no need to feel bad about feeling lonely/ alone when you have lots of people living with you or friends.
When you start feeling loneliness, look and observe it but stop judging… It’s the judging that is killing you from the inside.
Oh I’m alone so rah, rah rah… You’re acknowledging how you’re feeling on its own is not the hurtful part it’s the judgment you’re giving yourself in that present moment.
Then when you observe it you can ask yourself where is this coming from?/ what is this feeling trying to tell me really ?.
It’s a chance for you to go back to the root of the problem or even your roots of where you came from to start with.
We have to stop pushing uncomfy feelings to the deep sea and express how we are truly feeling to ourselves first…
As if we cannot be honest with ourselves then you’re more than likely not honest with God, the universe… Let alone someone you love you feel me.
This feeling of loneliness is space, space for you to explore the ? mark that is in your life at that moment, go into the unknown, do not run away from it, or it will never stop chasing you until you do.
Let These Feelings Make Big Changes To Your Present Life
The lonely feeling is a clear interaction that you’re disconnected & you must reconnect again!
With what? Well spiritually, nature, people, your own self (Self love) etc.
It’s telling you that this phase is done & we are going to need to upgrade to feel full again.
You’re going to have to become someone other than this version of you for this feeling to go away.
As this version of you is not even you as you’re disconnected and lost in this feeling right?
You have to listen to what your loneliness is trying to tell you, not what you’re saying to you that is negative.
Mental chatter, I’m talking about what your mind is crying out for, for example do you need to go out for a walk or a day out away from your home?
Is it alone time that you seek daily, and you’re just not getting it, and it’s making things worse for you?
Or maybe it’s the so-called friends that you’re still with that’s expiration date has gone well past its sale by date, and it’s nothing but fungus on it, and you need to switch things up for your own mental health?
Your loneliness will be telling you something, and you must shut your own noise up and listen to what it’s telling you.
Self-care is so important my Di1’s & much more than you think support is out there for you, you just have to be brave enough to acknowledge it’s not just you, it’s not something that cannot be solved & you can be helped and then ask for it.
Talk With Your Loved Ones
Only if you have understanding loved ones, if you do not then this part is not for you!
Talking is a big step in letting others know how you’re feeling no matter if they are supportive or not just so you know.
You are giving the opportunity to let others know and give you the help and support that you need.
When it’s out there, and you let it be known that you need help even if it’s just to yourself but you literal speak it, you’re planting the seeds for help and support to come, it’s much quicker if you tell someone but to yourself out loud works but a slower rate.
You can normally come to a solution if you tell another how you’re feeling as two brains are better than one right?
Communication is key, with others and with yourself… This is not a game, this is your mental health and it’s so vital that you speak because we’ve seen what happens to those that want to bottle up things, that’s as crazy as putting a mint in a coke bottle and expecting the coke not to explode out of the bottle!
Though why you would have bought coke is beyond me, YUK! But you get my point right? Speak up about how you feel always.
You Need Alone Time
LMAO I know it sounds crazy but hear me out!
You need the alone time to know what it is that you really want, you also need time when you are not around lots of humans and space daily.
So this is what I mean by alone time, you can want human beings around you and have alone time both at the same time you know.
Make your own damn self a priority and not just everybody else!
You too nice & too caring of others and forget you… NAHHHHH, LESS OF THAT!!!
When you set up time alone with yourself from others it makes you appreciate more the time you do spend together with others.
They will appreciate you more and value you more, then if you’re always available.
This will help you become wiser and not just throw yourself at the next man or women thinking that he or she is the one!

Come To Di1 Therapy
