Stress eating is something that has been around for the longest time now, and has even risen since COVID-19 hit in 2020.
Those that overeat it’s normally because they are stressed or bored, so they take their comfort in food during times of stress (Which is a normal reaction for us humans).
However overeating is unhealthy and affects your health and increases your stress and anxiety even more, which is the irony of all of this!
We are in times now where it’s optimal to eat healthier than what you do right now, because there are many diseases around preying on those of us that are unhealthy obese or not.
So here are Three I want you to lock in on, and it goes without saying keep moving as much as you can… I’m talking about on your health goals but also literal move as we are not designed to just sit around..
We must keep on moving daily every step helps, in your bigger picture… Of your own movie of life.

Cookies, candies, crisps all that junk should not be in your homes if you’re looking to lose weight!
If I have a drink problem that I want fixing would you not tell me that having drink in my cupboards is not a wise idea?
Well it’s the same thing here expect more of us are eating this crap and expecting to lose weight first off and second keep it off… We all know what happens don’t we?
Even if you lose it comes back, so why keep repeating the same thing you’ve done or seen in others?
You’re making things 100 times harder by having them around, so just stop buying them, I’m not about everything in moderation B.S.
As the ones that are saying this just cannot stop eating junk and want to keep a hold of their fav junk from the skip like a fiend.
At least you know with me no such hold is over me, why you’ll never hear of me or see me eating such trash…
So at least I can be trusted with what I’m saying because I’m not addicted like those that do not want to give it up, The Healthy One you know!
What I noticed since I started coaching is that the food containers that the product was sold in is leading many to overeat.
Example, A man goes out and stupidly buys himself ice cream, he then eats it straight from the tub rather than putting it in a bowl.
My thing is this we are putting so much on our plates of whatever it is you’re eating thinking that we won’t be full, then it turns out we have overeaten.
You need to downsize on your plates and bowls if you have issue with portion control, take 2 spoons full of rice instead of 4, everything helps.
Start eating from plates and bowls and stop eating from containers that you got the food from… For me this was alien as I was never brought up like this, and it feels very weird, but I get it, you hate doing dishes.
So instead hate having to spend time and energy on losing excess weight! That if I’d just eaten from a plate and not been so lazy, would have saved me my time and money.
Focus On Your Overall Health
During hard and stressful times, this is where everything you’ve been doing for your health really tells.
No matter what is going on around you and to you, your health must always be on your mind.
When you’re healthy, you’re more likely to be happy more consistently as it really helps for many reasons.
It’s on days when you do not feel like eating healthy, but you still do, it’s on days when you feel like you could have eaten much healthier, but life got in the way.
It’s knowing you did the best you could with the circumstances of today & that the next day you will bounce back.
It’s knowing that just because you were not perfect, that’s not an excuse to eat junk food or to drink alcohol to make you feel temp better, as this is cycle keeps on going and you are the one that is getting sicker and sicker.
It’s seeing things as just setbacks/lessons rather than failures and giving up… No one is perfect on this earth, but what are you like when things are not going your way?
How you deal with your set backs on your health goals will make you or break you…
Be focused at all times when you’re going to eat & be smart and not just thinking of the urge of eating trash foods in the moment, come on Di1’s we know how that go I KNOW YOU CAN DO THIS!
