How To Stop Overthinking What You Eat

 If you don’t want to stress any more about what to eat then this is for you!

 

 It’s bad enough when certain so-called healthy foods  are said to be good for us, but they are really not, for example a gluten muffin LMAO…

 

  Without you adding to your stress levels further by eating junk food, that is taking you from your weight loss goals and more importantly making you unhealthy.

 

If you never want to over think about what you’re eating, you really have two options.

 

Option 1

You continue to roll the dice on the food that you eat, you see because a lot of you reading this are advanced dice players, many without knowing it.  If you don’t read the  labels when you buy food you’re rolling the dice,  If you are illiterate when it comes to not reading the label but understanding the food label… You’re rolling the dice.

 

One of the things I always say is that in life  you have to roll the dice, but that’s in life… With food, you cannot expect to eat anything  and your body to not pay  the price for it.

 

Just because you don’t see it right away don’t mean it’s not messing you up inside, don’t mean you should carry on eating the  junk you know well has no nutritional value whatsoever, but in the now you believe it tastes good.

 

You’re rolling the dice on something that you don’t need to, you’re being scammed and a lot of you know this already as you have some form of chronic disease, but the reason why you cannot stop is that you’re addicted.

 

To the sugar or the extra salt, If you have a drink problem… Let’s switch it to that, and you knew, and you carried on drinking, what do you think will happen ?

 

Would be good advice for me to tell you to carry on because a lot of people are also drinking themselves to death as they have an alcohol problem?

 

You see it’s the same thing as far as my understanding tells me thus far in my life,  It’s just I’m not waiting on anyone to tell me it’s correct let’s all do it, I took action myself and stopped doing it… Now I encourage everyone to do the same, not for me but for you own health.

 

This is for those that claim to want to live a long life, I mean it don’t unsure that you live a long life it’s up to God and the universe you know, but it gives you one less thing to think about, in a world filled with problems to solve right ?

But this option was for you to ignore all of that and still eat and play dice.

 

Option 2

You eat real food that is healthy for you, which the label backs up. Just like you should read the small print before you sign things, it’s exactly the same with the labels, do not allow your laziness or naivety At that moment to mess your whole future up.

 

You know if I was a crook I would be telling you it’s in your interest to carry on eating junk, so I can have you hooked on here forever Mwhahaha!

 

It’s like no I want you to know what tf you’re putting in your mouth, have hella options, you yourself help others to eat better and to drink better & never have to come here because you are overthinking, stressed, messed up, but looking to grow peacefully  way.

 

Also what needs to be said if it’s real and really fresh it doesn’t need no label!  Real food  does not need a label,  God made you know.

 

So long as we are eating more food that is God made, you’ll be A ok  in terms  of being confident enough in what you eat daily.

Stress-free, this is what the second op gives to you in abundance.


The thing that I don’t like is when people say that they don’t like fruit, or they don’t like veg right, then when their doctor tells them they’re suffering from X, Y & Z  they are loving kale and tomatoes… It’s like damn you could have been eating that from the start, with you ignorant assss!

 

I would have much more respect for someone who said they don’t like it, and stuck to their words as they really did not like it and went to the sky’s early, but accepted it because they really did not like it and not just saying  it  to make some kinda of point throughout life like them real food is your enemy.

 

Being abel  to afford healthy food is another matter, I’m not talking to you if this is you… Some of you do not have much of choice, and more should be done to make healthy food cheaper and real food free!  like for example fruit and veg  I believe should be made free for all.

 

For those that can afford it in abundance and choose to still eat junk, what are you doing?   how many more of your family do you have to see getting type-2 diabetes, high blood pressure, obese before you see that this is not going to end well if I just do what they do, huh?

 

For those of you that have kids, don’t your children deserve to have you around long term?  actually living and not struggling to get  up and move around.

 

Don’t you children deserve to have you in the right frame of mind, and more days when mentally too you are at your best ?

 

You cannot be sharp on junk food now, I say this because each one of you  reading this I would love to see you take your health more serious & make it a priority to be the healthiest you.

 

Get your food right, get your water intake up, work on getting your sleep… Just these things alone will change you.

 

It’s not a million dollars, it’s way more!  This is your life and time is your investment, but what are you investing in?

 

Whatever it is if it’s not on your health daily, you’re just wasting your time, and that is the most heartbreaking thing of all & I don’t want that for anyone of you reading this.

 

So make a choice, pick a side… But if you choose op 1, don’t start crying about it  later… You did know because the healthy one done told you, there are no excuses no more if you here.

 

I know I’m talking to someone, of course it’s not all of you as there are many of you Di1’s that are going in on your health and are killing it… This not about you.

 

This is for everyone that is taking the health for granted, you know at least one person  that needs to see this.

 

Can you imagine if everyone that read this shared this one person, and that motivated them to address  their health.

 

You could indirectly save a life  DAMN!

 

I really don’t have anything more to say about this, I hope you make the right choice and are on the right side of health…

 

We all going anyway, but that’s not the point… When I’m going just like everyone who takes their health to heart… We going  out without fear of death via chronic disease via because what we might of ate!
