Everything hurts about this just look at the title!
food So you know I love you Di1’s as I really dislike saying “Fast food” as really it’s hot garbage!/ Fast Trash!
I feel like now more than ever a lot of you are really struggling when you’re out in your cars or just out for the day and get hungry..
Then always end up at a Fast food joint (OUCH THAT HURT) .
What’s worse is those who have goals to lose weight are doing this, I’ve heard so many times “Oh it’s only the one time” then six months down the line to a year all those times add up and they’re back to square one again.
So below I’m outlining 4 things to focus on that will make you think before you shoot yourself in the foot by eating fast food, because this is an issue that is messing up your health and it’s sad to see.
You cannot wing this so if you ignore this everything else will fail.. you may as well exit and stop reading this if that is what you plan on doing.
Let me ask you do you go outside and just drive with no idea where you are going 7 days a week?
Do you just put on any type of cloths washed or nah and go that do not even fit or go together and then go outside 7 days a week?
& do you go a month without brushing your teeth?
If you said no to all of these then let me ask you… WHY DO YOU EAT FOOD WITH NO CLUE?
I believe that eating on the fly should be 9 times out of 10 thing but of course never an excuse to eat such rubbish like fast food.
The problem is clear there is no plan so you’re planning to fail right ?
So instead plan ahead!
How many times will eat ?, What will I eat ?, What time will I eat ?, What healthy places will I eat from ?
Everyday when you’re outside, as even if you eat healthy at home, on the road you need to keep it tight.
It’s so important because your temptations are all around in bright colours, the Devil will work overtime to see you fail
and just laugh at you along with your haters who all want to see you fail!
PLAN AHEAD, PLAN AHEAD PLAN AHEADDDDDDDDDDD!
I know you can do it.
Have Food On You
This is the armor that will protect you from being tempted from eating fast food, and help you stick to your plan you made the day before.
Use your bags if you’re on foot, pockets w.e it takes but this was really for those of you who are in Cars, some of you have big ones too..
Why not fill it up with healthy snacks that will help you with your goals ?
Keep non-perishable foods like Fruits, Vegetables, Dried Fruit, Nuts & Seeds & Trail mix (Without the Chocolate) in your Car.
Meals such as Fish & Chicken etc can be carried too either bought or made the night before, there is no excuse you see how you can do this now?
Oh also be drinking your water with everything, no fizzy drinks or fruit juices that are packed with way to much added sugar and not good for us.
We stunt about having money on us in gen but it’s nothing more G than having healthy food on you and being hydrated I’m sorry.. Money is cool and everything
but if you’re spending it on things that take you to grave quicker then what is that to stunt about LMAO!
Think About The Bigger Picture When You Eat Like This
This comes back to the mindset what is it you want to achieve down the line
as whatever it is it will come back down to health.
For example you want to study to become a doctor you work for many years to make
your dream come true.
Then the day before you’re about to start on your dream job
you have a heart attack.
Which stems back to how you was eating whilst you where studying to become a Doctor
then you have to spend Time which we don’t get back & Money on your health.
I say that but you may not even make it.. you could die on the spot!
The bigger picture is we must start to eat healthy now day by day
do all that you can and the days will become bigger and bigger and the results will show.
The short-term thinking just to eat for the sake of it and just anything has put others that you know
close or nah out of this world, in this world and mentally destroyed them left them in depression and much worse.
You know how this ends, why even take a chance?
If we’re really trying to live our best lives you already know the deal..
It’s one of health in abundance for me and you and all of your loved ones.
Get Into The Habit Of Eating Fruit At Night If You’re A Late Night Snacker
Lastly I had to add this in as a lot of you work in the night or for some reason in your
Cars late night doing the most (So you tell me LMAO)
Fast food places are open late night 2.AM or w.e so the having food in your car still applies.
For a min let’s just say that you leave your car and you come home and you open up your fridge, you go for
some trash that is no good for you.. this is not cool.
I believe that late night you should go for Fruit ahead of junk food when at home, so that’s from a single fruit on its on
or if you want to eat more than that go ahead dig in!
As that is a better habit then eating junk food way into the night, I mean the real reason for most late night snackers is that they do not eat a lot of food during the day.
Or what they eat is making their bodies crash, as what you’re using as fuel is trash and keeps you stalled or explode.
So please if you’re going to eat late night make sure it’s fruits.
