How To Stay Healthy This 2020 Christmas

It’s not long now until Christmas & nobody should lose hope of eating healthfully over the festive times.

You can look up all the Christmas time tips and advice I’ve given in the past…

I really got you & will not leave you out in the cold with worry about a topic that many of you are worried about (Every year it happens).

Many people assume it’s inevitable that you will gain weight over the Christmas period, but I’m here to tell you it does not have to be that way.

So this is just tips for you take into the festive period and beyond if you so wish to!

Eat Snacks During The Day

You should never be going hungry if you can help it!

Arm yourself up with healthy snacks and be eating them during the day.

Just like with the water where you should be drinking throughout the day is exactly how you should be snacking on healthy foods.

I mean if you need some foods that are energy boosting then please (Read More).

Fresh foods is the way when you cannot find your way! (To what is healthy and what is not, think food labels etc).

When you do this you’ll feel less hungry during the day, and you’ll not crave as much of the sweeter foods that is on offer, you’ll feel much better too.

Eat Smarter

I say this every time but it needs saying you cannot be eating reckless & expecting results!

Everything you digest matters, just because you cannot see it right away does not mean it’s not happening.

The sky don’t have to be grey to rain, sometimes you don’t see it coming…

It’s the same with this, we have to be mindful of what we are eating, and make a smart investment in our health.

We here it all the time about investments in real estate’s & how good it is to own properties, which is cool.

So why do we feel we need to disrespect are own home that we have to stay in, I’m talking our own bodies here!

If we paid more attention to looking after our real home inside then the man made one on the outside, how much better would your health be?

The shinny objects never last, it’s always something else & like a Cat you want it…

I’m telling you be smart and think before you eat and drink, stop playing Russian roulette with your eating because one of these days you’re going to POP!

That could be your heart or it could be your belly, think about it.

The Time Is Always Now

You had since new years last year, I find it weird how people want to start losing weight in Dec running up to Christmas!

In one hand I can’t knock you because the time is always now when it comes to doing what you need to do.

You can never knock someone for wanting to improve themselves and them doing something about it.

My thing is this, you had since Jan to do something, what have you been doing (If you’ve done 0 this year).

It’s the hardest time of year to lose weight, so it’s an uphill battle from there but not one that you cannot win.

I would never suggest you just carry on and wait until new year though, why?…

New habits take a long time to form, you’re much better off starting right now than waiting that is for sure.

I just want you to think long and hard about why you’re doing this, I see this time and time again.

You want to do something but you don’t even know why you’re doing it!

I’m talking beyond a surface level answer, If you cannot write down every reason until it’s a novel you don’t why, not really and turely…

Just look at anything you’re really passionate about, I could make this whole section last until my last breath!

As I know my Why’s, in why I do this & you have to bring that same energy if you want to not only lose which is the easy part…

It’s the keeping it that gets you every time, for those that don’t know why…

I know you felt that too, we can do this!

Always look up!!!

THAT’S IT!

I really enjoyed sharing this with you guys. Please do let me know, though…
