Who wants abs is the wrong question to ask!
Believe it or not, you already have them!
Despite the B.S been pushed that you don’t, so I’m just going to talk about abs & to get you to stop crunching below.
How Do I See It?
Well first things first, you don’t see it buy doing lot’s of ab work outs!
This is a myth and the health & fitness industry have been lying to you, just for profit.
The only thing it does is strengthens the abs, it will not burn the fat away so you can see you abs.
You may feel real pain when doing crunches or sit-ups and that, great but it’s still not going to make you have 6 pack abs.
This is 101, basic knowledge & anyone telling you anything else is a liar & you should not trust them, because this is like me telling you 1 add 1 is 10!
Just like the other myth that when you lose weight it’s just in a certain spot, NOPE… It’s the whole body; your body does not pick and choose again 101.
These are two lies that the industry will tell you because they can make money out of it, to get you to buy products out of it…
You ever notice I never talk about ab workouts or losing weight in one area only?
If this was legit I would have tons of info on it, you know better now so do….
To see your abs it’s all about what you eat, the lifestyle is key!
Eating actually food that is real and not from some lab, that is fresh daily is key.
If you cannot see your abs right now at all, this is your road… No you cannot get away with eating crap as your abs will be nothing but a pipe dream.
If you can only see like one ab, it’s the food and you can switch it up and over time you will see them six packs, Woooo!
Also just being active walking, running, working out helps aid your overall fat loss, it’s like 70 percent what you eat &drink, 20 percent how active you are daily & 10 percent sleep.
Keep walking, keep bending down and picking up things, keep working out your overall body, stop wasting time doing ab workouts & stop being lazy and sitting around.
